I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered two sandwiches through the app, and when I arrived at the restaurant after half an hour, my order wasn’t ready. The staff's rude behavior led me to request a refund and get my sandwiches elsewhere.
I previously emailed them regarding the refund but received no response. I also spoke with the manager over the phone. Initially, she asked me to come in person for the refund, but when I got there, she claimed to have checked the camera and insisted no one had left without their order. When I asked her to double-check or show me the footage, she refused. What’s more frustrating is that she didn’t even bother asking the crew who was working that day to verify my claim.
During our conversation, the manager first asked to see the receipt on my app, which I showed her. Then she requested to see proof from my bank account showing the money was deducted, which I also provided. Despite all this, she still refused to issue the refund.

Read moreFirst off, I eat subways 3-4 times a week. I go to many of them all over Montreal. Ever since the supremo sandwich came out that’s the only one I get. From busy shopping malls, to subways that have their own seating I’ve always paid between 13.49 and 13.99. This owner takes way too much advantage of inflation and because they are in a hospital with limited choices he rips off his customers by charging 15.99 for the same sandwich. It’s flat out robbery and he or she should be ashamed on themselves. Also coke machine is broken and they don’t have cold drinks from the fountain. My guess done on purpose to get people to buy bottled drinks to spend the extra dollar. Do yourself a favour and go eat something at jugo juice or the satay brothers.
