Sushi Shop — Restaurant in Montreal

Absolutely WORST service. Bought a sushi burrito today while on my lunch break from work. It tasted so funky but it looked good so continued eating it, my cooworker took a bite of the burrito and told me it tasted “off”. Went back to the sushi shop where they told me they couldnt do anything but could only offer me another sushi burrito and nothing else but there were none left on the shelves so I asked would they make me a new one? was told no. so how could I have another sushi burrito? I spent 14$ on this sushi burrito and theres nothing you can do to help me? When you go to a restaurant and order food that tastes off they compensate you and offer you something else and yet you cant get the same service here at sushi shop? I’ve gone to other places where food tasted off and they always offered something in return. I am absolutely disgusted by this, especially how wide known sushi shop is. I will be going back on monday as for the manager will be there. I want my money back.

update: Went today to see the manager, he was very accomodating and refunded...

Was there this afternoon at 3:00, I placed a small order for myself 4 mini Volcano's. 6 employees speaking Korean I think.... 4 out of the 6 kept looking at me and laughing at me CLEARLY!!!!! I was the only ine at the restaurant, this continued THE LAUGHING at me the whole time I was waiting for my order. I've worked in the Hospitality industry for close to 40 years, this kind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE to be laughing at clients, its rude and so disrespectful. I'm a paying client that just made a small order of $9.00 nothing funny about that!? TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE!!! AT...

I asked how long it takes to get bubble tea because I had an appointment in 10min! Cashier said 2 min So I ordered 2 bubble teas but they were so busy chatting in Korean and it delayed my orders. So I asked her politely if They can a bit speed up. She turned and spoke to her colleague about me very rudely in Korean (yes. I understand Korean! I spoke English but I do understand Korean). Eventually it took 8min to get my bubble tea and I had to run to appointment. If I knew that it will takes 8 min for the bubble tea, I would have it after the appointment!! And I definitely not appreciated...
