Jugo juice — Restaurant in Montreal

Service was good, the girl was nice & tried to help me but unfortunately whatever she said that was most popular, not chalky & a great pick was absolutely HORRIBLE. I like everything but this, there was just no chance. I unfortunately had to waste it & threw it out which I hate doing but it was just so bad. Don’t even understand how they could ruin this. The first time I had a fruit bowl from there it was wonderful. Tried a couple of times after that and they are always missing an ingredients. Once it was granola, then pineapple. It is ridiculous for the price they are not consistent with purchasing ingredients. Actually unacceptable. The customer service is not very enthusiastic to maybe make something else . Really disappointed. We get jugo juice all the time and was happy to know about this one in the hospital. Got 2 smoothies and they were incredibly liquidy like no ice was added when blended. I went back to ask them to add ice and they told me there was nothing they could do because we drank from it. Would it of been so hard to offer us new drinks? Won't be going to this location again....
