Café Novanta (90 Av. Laurier O, Montréal, QC H2T 2N4) - this is a nice spot where you immediately feel a calm and really cozy vibe, like stepping into a quiet oasis in the middle of the bustling city. ✨ It's a pleasant place to hang out: the unobtrusive music softly fills the space, and the good lighting creates a warm and relaxing setting. Read moreI started going to this family-run, Italian coffee shop about 3 years ago while I was a student at McGill. Whenever I would show up, Marco and Rocco and their mum have always greeted me with a smile and amazing conversation, but also recognised when I was studying and concentrated. Despite living on a student budget, I would go to this spot regularly just for the sense of community and peace that I would receive there, and I was never disappointed. Now 2 years later, I've finally graduated, and when I went back to Novanta, fully expecting the brothers to have forgotten me after all this time, I was once again welcomed with open arms, a warm atmosphere, and conversation that never fails to make me smile. 🥰🥰
Marco & Rocco, you guys are the best! Thanks for making my university studying sessions that much better! I will always recommend this place to anyone looking for a excellent and dependable...

Again as we left we couldn't help but strike up a conversation with the baristas (who remembered us)! They told us more about their cafe, all of the homemade foods and desserts, and some recommendations for what to do if we come back to visit Montreal. They were courteous,...
