Esperas en la puerta para ser asignado a tu mesa aproximadamente 15 min en lo que alguien de los que trabajan allí te nota y te asignan tu mesa, al sentarte no puedes ni escucharte a ti mismo la música esta demasiado fuerte y no se puede platicar bien si vas con acompañante. Tardaron 20 min después de que nos asignaron mesa en llegar a tomarnos la orden y eso porque tuve que preguntar alguien que parecía que trabajaba allí si nos teníamos que parar a pedir. Entonces llegó la mesera y le dije que teníamos 20 min esperando sentados y ella solo respondió : “oh disculpa no los había notado”. Pésimo servicio la verdad , lo único que salvó la vista a ese lugar fue la comida después de la laaaarga espera. Así que si en verdad tienes paciencia, no te importa el servicio o el trato que te den y vas por la comida “este es el lugar”. Además los meseros no habla ni inglés ni francés. (Por si llevas acompañantes que no hablen español)

You wait at the door to be assigned to your table for approximately 15 minutes while someone who works there notices you and assigns you to your table. When you sit down you can’t even hear yourself, the music is too loud and you can’t talk well or hear properly if you go with a companion. It took 20 minutes after they assigned us a table to come and take our order and that was because I had to ask someone who seemed to work there if we had to stand up to order. Then the waitress arrived and I told her we had to wait 20 minutes seated and she just replied: “oh excuse me I hadn’t noticed you.” Terrible service, honestly, the only thing that saved my visit to that place was the food after the looooong wait. Very cute place and atmosphere is inviting. Decor is simple but basic, and the service is pretty good! I loved the drinks, so many choices and size decent. The food is great but some items on the menu are not worth 9$ and quantity should be adjusted. Tacos are delicious, guacamole so fresh. All food and drinks (alcoholic and not) for $9. So be very careful if you order a simple drink that in other place would cost 3 dollars, they don't warn you. I asked to change something in my order and they said that you can't change anything after you order arguing their system don't let them. So, I feel something like a trap.
