The place is dirty. CASH ONLY but there is an ATM in the middle of the place so you dont have an excuse not to have cash on. The bathroom... no comments. There were three guys:
The cashier - the first impression is the one of a retired biker however he was very respectful and kind gentleman.
The latino guy - Excellent customer service and very kind and nice. (Im sure he won't be working there too long. He deserves way much better)
The chef (and the owner?) - I know you will be reading this: If you dont want to work.. then DONT!! you were in a bad mood. Screaming to the clients with a bad attitude. You were mad just because we asked you at what time the restaurant closes. You were mad because we made our order and answered "THAT WILL BE 15 MINUTES" you were mad because we were waiting for our order and said: For here or to go? And we answered: "For here" which was replied with: "Go take a seat than"
The food was not the big deal. My wife and friend could not finish their meal. I finished it because I was too hungry and was the only place we found in the area that was not about to close.
Chef, you say there wont be a free drink next time? Actually I paid for the drink and my friend didnt want it. And... there wont be a next time.
I have to give you credit however for being honest and giving us back the purse that my friend forgot in there.
And at least i've been laughing out loud reading your responses to the reviews. I can listen to your voice while reading...

In the realm of fast food, where taste often bows to haste, there exists a sacred sanctuary of flavor—a Greek restaurant so exceptional, even the gods descend from Olympus for a bite. This legendary haven is known for one thing above all: the gyros of pork, a dish so masterfully crafted it might just be the missing chapter of the Iliad.
From the first aroma that greets you, rich with smoky spices and the whisper of charred perfection, to the first bite—succulent, perfectly seasoned pork wrapped in warm pita with tangy tzatziki and crisp veggies—it’s clear this is no ordinary meal. This is ambrosia.
The meat is tender and juicy, seared with a golden edge that crackles ever so slightly, whispering secrets of the flame it danced over. The tzatziki is impossibly fresh, laced with dill and garlic in a way that could awaken the spirit of Dionysus himself. Every gyro is a heroic tale in a wrap, every bite a victory.
Fast food? Perhaps by name. But in spirit, this place serves food fit for immortals.
If Zeus ever traded lightning bolts for street food, this is where he'd feast. And...
Read moreGreat “hole in the wall” spot in Montreal where the locals know that the food is good and keep on going back. There’s a lot of comments about the service. Personally, you don’t come here for the decor or the service. You come here for the food. If you are expecting a service with a smile, go eat at a restaurant. Just go in grab what you need and leave. In the end, you will have delicious tasting food. Unless someone recommended this place to you, you would probably never walk in. The haters can hate, but there’s always a line, so the food is good and in the end, that’s all that matters. Combo #1, which is a pork pita with a generous portion of fries and drink with a garlic dipping sauce is popular. So is combo #7 which is 2 pork pita. Cash only, so if you don’t have cash, go get some before heading in. There’s also little to no parking and the wait could be long due to the popularity. There are tables inside if you want to eat there, but you order and then get your order and sit. This is more a take out join than a restaurant. I would recommend it...
