Boucherie Prince Noir — Local services in Montreal

I just had the worst phone call customer service experience. Straight up shocking.

First time I call I am greeted by a french guy. I then ask if their deliveries are next day in english. Immediately get hung up on.

Called back 2 seconds later. This time I ask in french and he says "We don't deliver.". I tell him I've talked to them before and I've been told that they in fact do delivery but for a minimum order of $150. He then confirms this is true but not right now. Which is all he tells me. I say ok and before I say anything else, he hangs up on me again.

I have been a customer here, specifically for horse meat, for a long time and have recommended this place to others as well. This easily takes the cake for the worst customer experience I've ever faced.
