Terrible place. Long wait times. Beverage was more than half full of ice. I ordered a large drink today at around 4pm Dec 27, 2019 so i can get more of the drink but ended up with a beverage equal to a small drink. When I went to go ask for a refill from the female oriental employee for the remaining half as it was a costly $7 they said next time I should inform them how much ice I want. I have ordered bubble tea before and never have I ever had to tell them that I want 10% of ice. Shouldn't be much of a hasstle since it doesn't cost much to make the drink as I invested $15 on their drinks today (the other was for my wife). This is my first time writing a bad review (you can check my profile) but the way she smiled at me while rejecting my request, their poor customer service and the fact that this was my first time ordering from them left a really bad...

the other day i made my order by choosing my drink and toppings. i was then prompted to pay - but only after i paid i realized that they didn't ask me about my sugar & ice levels. they just assumed it was all regular.

so after my payment went through, i said "oh, can i have less sugar & ice?" the girl that helped me then grumbled "you should have said it before you paid."

okay sure, but it's your job & responsibility to take my order correctly & to ensure that you ask for your customer's drink, sugar & ice level, & toppings. i think for her to be annoyed at me was unfair as she never asked me to begin with.

thought i'd share my experience because at any other bubble tea spot, the customer is always asked about their sugar & ice levels...

My sister LOVES this place. She’s obsessed with their Grapefruit boba with green tea (reg). I bought one for her and then another for myself after taking a sip.
