Café Dépôt Gelato — Restaurant in Montreal

This afternoon around 16:50 I pass by there and bought one medium latte. When I opened the cover to put in sugar, actually noticed the mousse was some-like spoilage but I was thirsty still drank, ignored the little abnormal. Finally not even 2hours later, out there far away, His latte started to get me sick ! The stomach issue caused by the bad milk! trust me, I know food safety standard and coffee very well! The sign of spoilage means your milk was 40°F at least before the process of mousse! The milk(3.25% Quebec bon) box was already taken out / NOT in freezer for quite a while!! While the drinks were good, the customer service was absolutely the worst I've ever had. Cashier left multiple times while giving the order and while trying to pay. They also pretended to speak English and insulted the customer in French to the other co-workers. They forgot the order, and didn't understand how the rewards system worked. The cashier was frowning the whole time and acted very unfriendly. There were 3 workers, but one did nothing but stare the whole time. Finally, the cashier left to go wash dishes rather than give the drinks to us and let us pay. We had to wait till they finished, because there was no communication between the co-workers to...

I made an online order on website, never received the food. Tried calling: Google, yellow pages and Cafe depot website list different numbers. Tried contacting through instagram. Nothing. Tried calling the telephone number from the order confirmation. No one answered, unable to leave messages. Not the fault of the café workers but Café dépôt has a serious systemic organisational problem. If you want to become a franchisee? Don't. Not until they fix their internal issues. Café dépôt is punching above their weight class and I applaud that type of ambition. But do so with discipline and better organisation. Please...
