This afternoon around 16:50 I pass by there and bought one medium latte. When I opened the cover to put in sugar, actually noticed the mousse was some-like spoilage but I was thirsty still drank, ignored the little abnormal. Finally not even 2hours later, out there far away, His latte started to get me sick ! The stomach issue caused by the bad milk! trust me, I know food safety standard and coffee very well! They also pretended to speak English and insulted the customer in French to the other co-workers. They forgot the order, and didn't understand how the rewards system worked. Tried calling the telephone number from the order confirmation. No one answered, unable to leave messages. Not the fault of the café workers but Café dépôt has a serious systemic organisational problem. If you want to become a franchisee? Don't. Not until they fix their internal issues.
