One man on the staff I spoke to today (March 17, 2023) around 2PM was extremely rude. I asked if I could have an empty bowl and a lid to place my Invisalign as I forgot my case and needed a safe place to store my clear aligners while I eat. Keep in mind that I had just purchased a bowl from them. The male employee, who seemed to be in his thirties, was disrespectful and told me in front of everyone to go ahead and take everything while I was at it. I had an extremely unpleasant experience. This is not the way to treat customers especially when they purchased from you. Luckily, there was another kind employee who handed me a bowl and a lid and I am very grateful to her.

I have eaten here a few times and it was so good! Very disappointed in my most recent experience though, my friend and I both got parasites and food poisoning after eating here. Mentioned this to other people and apparently the times it sat well with me have been lucky because I’m hearing this happens a lot after eating here. The chicken was cooked I’m pretty sure the vegetables used were the culprit. If you ever worked in a restaurant you know that the produce is rarely “fresh” anywhere but they should be paying more attention to their refrigeration of these items. Sat down and decided to have a club sandwich, on a whim with the wife today, and man, I was not disappointed, the quality was spot on, the food itself was tasty and perfect as far as I'm concerned. The sandwich wasn't screaming hot, it was heated through, but not super hot, and the fries were good, ok honestly not the best fries I've ever had, but still nice, the chicken itself was juicy, not dry at all, and seasoned perfectly for my taste. The price was a bit high, considering the serving sizes, and the fact drinks are extra, hence me dropping it one star, but the quality was solid.
