Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Montreal

(Updated: 2021-07-20) After nine months I finally decided to have another pizza. I must say that this time I was pleased with the service and the pizzas themselves. I received what I ordered and it was delicious. Also when I explained the situation with my previous order, all those months ago, they were very understanding and accommodating.

(Original Review) Not too impressed with this Dominos. While the pizza was ok, it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a large deluxe with extra cheese and extra pepperoni, got a large pepperoni and cheese instead. Not even sure there was extra cheese. I ordered it online and initially thought I may have made a mistake when selecting my pizza, but when I checked my receipt it showed I had selected a deluxe. I didn't have time to go back to complain as I was working from home and was too busy. Also I don't know who was cutting the pizzas but they must not take too much pride in their job. Both pizzas that were ordered had a mixture of very large and narrow slices. On the second pizza, one slice was nearly the size of half the pizza, while another slice was nothing but a 1 or 2 cm sliver. Cutting pizzas into 4 or 8 approximately equal sizes isn't...

--UPDATE-- Someone called from the restaurant on the next day and apologized for everything that happened. He explained that there were having some issues on this new branch that just opened and they are taking actions to correct them. The guy was very professional.

They gave us two large free pizzas, which we already ordered one without any issues. --UPDATE--

Horrible service! We ordered the first time and they forgot part of our order. It took almost 1h30min for them to send the rest of the order, and they sent the wrong item.

The manager on that day said that we were entitled to a free large pizza and apologized. Ten days after we called and asked for the free pizza, but they couldn't find the free pizza on file, but they believed on us and sent the pizza. But the pizza never came, they sent to the wrong address and we only figured it out after calling for the third time almost 2 hours after.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Domino's! When I ordered my pizza and asked for cups to drink my Coke, the staff told me they didn't have any cups. I even asked if they had glass cups or any type of cup at all, but they just smiled and said they didn't have any. They insisted I had to buy a 3-bottle pack and pay extra for it. I asked if I could take three small bottles without paying extra, and they refused, saying I had to go to Dollarama and buy cups myself.

This is outrageous and the first time something like this has happened at Domino's. I was left with no choice but to go and buy cups from Dollarama. I'm beyond angry and shocked at the poor service and the sheer inconvenience. Domino's, you seriously need to get your act together and provide basic amenities like cups for your customers!
