I had a horrible experience at this Tim Horton’s location. I placed my order via the website and selected to have my order prepared immediately as I had already arrived at the shop. I waited about 15 minutes before I sent my husband to ask someone about where our order was. The guy said they had just begun working on it, which means they completely ignored our order and served in-store customers (and possibly other online orders) before they even started on our order. After another 5 minutes, my husband asked another worker where our order was, and she said something that he couldn’t understand. Finally, she brought us a large paper bag with some stuff in it and said that was our order. Good thing she stapled the receipt on the bag because that’s how I knew it wasn’t our order. My husband took it back to the lady and she just brushed him off, took the bag back, and served other customers. After that, my husband told a third worker that it had been 30 minutes and we still hadn’t received our order. He took my phone (which had the digital receipt) and made our order from that. Instead of my latte, he had prepared a regular hot coffee, which he did correct after my husband told him I ordered a latte (although he did forget the caramel syrup). After all of that, I just said forget about the syrup because I was aggravated that it took 30 minutes to fulfill an order of one hot coffee, one hot caramel latte, one donut, and one four-cheese twist. And in the meantime, they served other customers who came in after us!!! The coffees were also not hot, but again that’s now what aggravated me the most. Read moreUsually I have nothing but complaints about this Tim's. They constantly mess up orders and clearly have management issues. Today as well, we waited literally 40 mins in the car.
Manager was super unprofessional, screaming out of her lungs to charge for the extra tomatoes, when we clearly mentioned it at the start of the order.
THAT BEING SAID,
The folks that made the workers'wrap today are the best so far, perfectly made, well placed the sausage, egg and the hash browns with extra tomatoes and they didn't cheap out on extra tomatoes today.
Also, who ever that cashier was, she made the effort to double check the orders when asked and was very willing to listen and serve the clients. Is what we need as paying customers.
Clearly the higher ups are working on improving, to that I say keep it up and please pay them well 👍
UPDATE!
Just went back today and requested 3 workers wrap, they denied it! It's not even 3 yet, I was there at 2:20pm! I told them I will wait for them to cook it up even if they in freezer, they did not want to do it, honestly disappointed, I didn't have the energy to argue with it. You guys are honestly losing tons of customers because of management issues, manager needs to be there to assist customers.
I could have went other Tims but wasted my time waiting on the line and by the time I'm writing this it was 2:40pm, not even 3 yet.

But I wanted to buy one of the retro mugs. There was one n the display but on the shelf behind the counter they didn’t have any. They wouldn’t sell the me in the case. There were two boxes of mugs on the floor and they wouldn’t even bother to check, even when I asked. Too many younger workers just don’t give a damn. They want to do the least amount and they couldn’t be bothered to be polite. It wasn’t just me. They didn’t say thank you or have a nice night to anyone. Just took the order, dropped your coffee off on the side and walk away. Not even a smile. Good luck to you in the future. I won’t bother...
