Found a Big bone while chewing on the Dragon eye sushi and almost choked. I never knew there could be bones in the sushi. I have eaten sushi for more than 20 years. Please becareful!!! Sushi taste is Good but be very careful! *********** edit update as i cannot reply the owner review******** I understand that restauration is really not easy nowadays and I dont need any compensation. I really appreciate the owner fast response regarding the matter and I just hope you can be more careful next time. As it can be very dangerous as we normally eat sushi a bit carelessly in one big mouthful. So if it was a child that ate it it can be dangerous*** Safety before anything please.**** Thank You for writing a fast reply and I hope the situation won't happen again***

Ordered multiple times before with good success, this time it looks like the food was done by someone cooking for the first time watching YouTube tutorials. The size of the suchi was all over the place, didn't taste good, the tempura was burnt and one of the items was replaced by chicken. I understand that sometimes you would get new cooks, but someone needs to do quality control before it leaves. Everyone in the party was disappointed, except for the dog.

Good sushis but the customer service makes it awkward at the cash. First time I went, they’ve made me feel uncomfortable by not letting me put tips by myself and insisted to put the amount themselves on the machine because of covid. The second time I went, I said that I didn’t want to put tips because it’s take out. Afterwards, I’ve noticed arrived home they’ve added $1 extra on the total. I really hope this is an honest mistake.

I feel sad about writing this review because these are truly one of the best sushis I have ever tried plus the delivery is super fast. I used to order from them at least once a week. This Friday was no different however, this time there was an error in my order, which was okay. I called them to sort out the error on their part but the lady that answered was so disrespectful, she refused to acknowledge the fact that we would have to wait for an additional 30-45min because we had to order again. At one point in the conversation, she even said she had more important calls to have other than finding a solution to the fact that they gave me an incomplete order. Truly sad about this, will never order from this place again as she really made me feel they don't care at all about their customers. Really sorry for the owners of this restaurant as quality of their product is very good but customer service is one of the worst I have ever...

I am really sad of putting this comment cause I order many times from there and the sushis are really good! But this time I order and just never receive my order. I've call many times but they didn't know what happen with my order and they just told me that IF I finally receive my order it will be free. But that never happen cause I never receive the order after more then 2 hours. It is not a nice situation with kids and what bother me more is that they never offer to send me another order or to give me a discount on my next order. Very disappointed! Sorry I have to correct the post, I finally receive the order FREE after...
