INOCHi SUSHI .POKÉ.Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Montreal

Small sushi store, it's a different experience to be in a such quiet place with some language barrier I must admit it. They got my drink wrong (I asked for a smoothie Taro but they made me a bubble tea Taro instead. I let it pass by saying if it's possible to turn into a smoothie because I am not a very huge fan of the tapioca and the worker there ask me if it's alright if they can put the bubble tea still and I says it's fine since I'm against wasting food. Atleast they were kind enough to turn into a smoothie).

The waiting took some time so expect to wait ~20 min even if it's a simple combo they have on the menu and the price is bit expensive but it's alright. The Sushi is good, not a huge fan of their shrimp but their combo mixed I really like qhat they've put inside! The quantity of the ingredients is pretty good unlike some sushi who tend to add too much cucumber.

It's a nice place I find while walking around before going to work! It's just the service is quite slow and they made some mistakes on order not just me but to others...

In my quest to always try different sushis in the neighborhood I finally tried Inochi Express. I have to admit the ingredients tasted fresh but was completely thrown off by the dragon eye. It tasted like old sardines or mackerel. Super strong fish taste. So for 50$ including taxes and tip for a 2 person meal I would say it was slightly overpriced. Would I order again ? I ordered a salmon poke bowl and a miso soup. I have do admit they are generous in terms of quantity but in terms of taste i was disappointed. The taste of coriander was really strong in the soup and the ingredients of the poke were really limited ( with lots of rice).
