Most important step in customer service..- July 26,2019
July 6th2019 Food is great however lacks in customer service .. traveled from d.d.o today the item my boyfriend ordered one of the options and they didn't have one of the main ingredients (ham) so he asked ok well can you just add bacon. They advised us that it would be at an added cost that bacon was extra?? I told them I have been coming here for the last year every 3months. Also that I had come from d.d.o. they said it's policy they have to charge for every item that comes out of the kitchen. So I wonder who pays for the food that gets ordered incorrectly or the food that is wasted? I think it's completely unfair that because the delivery truck didn't show up. The customer would have to pay ??? How does that make sense. Or at least give us a rebate BC of the problem. Nope they charged us full price on top of that!! I thought managers were there to supervise and ensure business runs smoothly as well as using there judgement and knowledge in situations like this.
Well it was nice knowing you j&c. I guess I'll be trying the chocolat favoris beside me...
Read moreTerrible experience. Came in around 9:30 PM with the wife and we were quickly told by Waitress #1 that only one table was available. It was cold and close to the door and she rudely and condescendingly told us that the other tables were IN CASE a group of more than 2 would show up at the door. We then asked about sitting upstairs and she said that she had just cleaned that area and didn't want to use it for the rest of the night...
Sooooo yeah we're were really hungry so we still took that table. Waitress #2 walks up to take our order and was excellent, despite kitchen delays.
We then noticed, as more people came in, that every 4 people table were being filled with 2 people and that people were being seated upstairs as well. Instead of making a scene we simply asked Waitress #2 to go upstairs to which she replied "no problem". When waitress #1 found out she looked upset and I saw her roll her eyes.
We proceeded to go upstairs, and Waitress #2 stood in our way and told us that it was not possible to sit upstairs. Again, in a very patronizing tone. To which we responded with a "FINE! Well go back". After she saw our disappointment she changed her tone the most condescending one possible and said "Okaaaaay, if you want to sit upstairs you can go". At that point my wife was fuming and we decided to leave.
This is the first time I leave a review without being served any food. It...
