Step into the enchanting world of Juliette & Chocolat in Montreal and prepare to be captivated by its delightful atmosphere and decadent hot chocolate. From the moment you enter, you’re embraced by a warm and inviting ambiance, creating a cozy and magical setting that sets the stage for a truly indulgent experience. The hot chocolate offerings at Juliette & Chocolat are nothing short of extraordinary. I had the pleasure of savoring their 55% and 70% hot chocolate, and each sip was a journey of pure chocolate bliss. The 55% hot chocolate strikes a perfect balance between richness and sweetness, delivering a velvety-smooth texture and a depth of flavors that truly satisfy the senses. For those craving a more intense chocolate experience, the 70% hot chocolate is an absolute must-try, with its bold and bittersweet profile that showcases the complexity of high-quality dark chocolate. Not only is the hot chocolate at Juliette & Chocolat divine, but the presentation is also a feast for the eyes. Served in elegant cups adorned with delicate chocolate shavings or a dollop of whipped cream, each serving is a work of art that enhances the overall sensory experience. The attentive and friendly service provided by the staff adds an extra layer of enjoyment to your visit, as they are knowledgeable about the menu and happy to offer recommendations based on your preferences. For chocolate enthusiasts seeking an unforgettable chocolate escapade, Juliette & Chocolat is an absolute must-visit in Montreal. Immerse yourself in their enchanting atmosphere, indulge in their decadent hot chocolate, and let the magic of this chocolate haven whisk you away to a world of pure chocolate bliss. It’s an experience that deserves every bit of its well-deserved five-star rating.

Dont come as a big group they don't handle big groups properly and create excuse instead of just owning up to the fact they were not prepared for such a busy night. One person in our group was told they po ordered something that they didn't and in fact when the waitress checked the order they take on a iPad realized she was wrong. Then another one of us ordered something that was in the display counter and yet was the last to get their food a pre made brownie that the only added whipped cream to it that honestly the person could have done without. 2 people ordered the same thing and got different sizes yet there was only one price. Excuse that was given was that the quantity was the same just the serving vessel was different. Wish I had taken a picture and let you all judge for your selves.and milkshakes have amazing concepts but not at all what I would consider as a milkshake more like a cold milk based beverage with crazy toppings that are just not that good I have had way better didn't even taste fresh.

Pesto Crep'omelette was just ok , I loved the Smoked Campfire Hot Chocolate though but horrible service by the waitress with glasses she spoke to the girl behind me and made her sit first even though I was in the line before her and then she seated me and forgot about me , the cafe was not that busy it was almost 20 mins and I was about to leave the other waitress came and took my order she was very friendly and quick and then I think her shift ended and she left and again I was left to this horrible women who forgot I existed I called her twice she pretended to not hear me , I went to kitchen and asked to send someone to get my bill , then this lady comes and I was very close to skip the tip and then gave 15% . I will never go to this location again.

They have sent me something in the mail which was very nice of them. They have tried everything they can to fix the mistake therefore I have decided it will still be my number 1 chocolate/ breakfast/ lunch place. Thank you Mrs D for what you did. As well how you took ownership of the situation. I appreciate it very much and they time you took to understand and fix this. Apology accepted ☺️☺️☺️

:UPDATE they have sent me an email in apologizing and asked for my mailing address so they can mail me something. Update will follow as to what they sent me. At least they are taking ownership of the situation and trying to fix it.

Most important step in customer service..- July 26,2019

July 6th2019 Food is great however lacks in customer service .. traveled from d.d.o today the item my boyfriend ordered one of the options and they didn't have one of the main ingredients (ham) so he asked ok well can you just add bacon. They advised us that it would be at an added cost that bacon was extra?? I told them I have been coming here for the last year every 3months. Also that I had come from d.d.o. they said it's policy they have to charge for every item that comes out of the kitchen. So I wonder who pays for the food that gets ordered incorrectly or the food that is wasted? I think it's completely unfair that because the delivery truck didn't show up. The customer would have to pay ??? How does that make sense. Or at least give us a rebate BC of the problem. Nope they charged us full price on top of that!! I thought managers were there to supervise and ensure business runs smoothly as well as using there judgement and knowledge in situations like this.

Well it was nice knowing you j&c. I guess I'll be trying the chocolat favoris beside me...

Terrible experience. Came in around 9:30 PM with the wife and we were quickly told by Waitress #1 that only one table was available. It was cold and close to the door and she rudely and condescendingly told us that the other tables were IN CASE a group of more than 2 would show up at the door. We then asked about sitting upstairs and she said that she had just cleaned that area and didn't want to use it for the rest of the night...

Sooooo yeah we're were really hungry so we still took that table. Waitress #2 walks up to take our order and was excellent, despite kitchen delays.

We then noticed, as more people came in, that every 4 people table were being filled with 2 people and that people were being seated upstairs as well. Instead of making a scene we simply asked Waitress #2 to go upstairs to which she replied "no problem". When waitress #1 found out she looked upset and I saw her roll her eyes.

We proceeded to go upstairs, and Waitress #2 stood in our way and told us that it was not possible to sit upstairs. Again, in a very patronizing tone. To which we responded with a "FINE! Well go back". After she saw our disappointment she changed her tone the most condescending one possible and said "Okaaaaay, if you want to sit upstairs you can go". At that point my wife was fuming and we decided to leave.

This is the first time I leave a review without being served any food. It...
