If you want serious food poisoning, eat here. I was sick right after leaving this place and stayed sick the whole next day. Saying the food was awful would be the understatement of the century. They call themselves Just Noodles but should change the name to Run…Far away… Really Fast!! The fried dumplings are deep fried- not pan fried so they are drenched in greasy oil, burnt and tasteless. And DO NOT ORDER THE PAD THAI. They have no idea how to make it. It didn’t even taste anywhere close to pad Thai. A one-armed blind monkey could male it better. I’ve made it at home and it beats theirs by eons. This place gets the award for the worst pad Thai in the world!!!!! They serve their food on ‘paper plates’ and drinks in paper cups. The place is stingy with small uncomfortable chairs and sticky tables. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. ENTER...
Read moreMy husband and I were expecting something delicious asian food (chinese interior mood is nice )but it's totally bad choice. We were disappointed. I used to live in Thailand and I love Tom yum goong and had so much it around many restaurant in Thai,Japan and any other country. I think the cook has never eaten real tom yum goong in his life ,so he can cook like that and serve as "tom yum goong" with confidence...This one is the worst. Thai fried rice which he ordered was not bad but fried rice without any vegetable is weired( At least onion or something usually.) A good point, tons of shrimp in the plate. Waitress is working properly. It's inexpensive BUT we usually pay higher cost for the restaurant more than home made beause we want to enjoy higher quality food therefore we we'll never be back here. I am able to cook better Tom yum goong,pho...
Read moreNot sure if changes have been made since the old bad reviews but we just ordered delivery from here because the Skip reviews were 9.8/10. I panicked a bit when I saw these other reviews but it was all for nothing! This is some of the best basic American-Chinese food I’ve had in Montreal. We ordered the pork and shrimp fried rice, the Shanghai noodle with pork, shrimp, and chicken, and the spicy fried tofu appetizer. Not greasy at all, perfectly seasoned, but the bbq pork pieces were big and juicy, the shrimps were big and not fishy at all. Seriously, this was basic American-Chinese food at its best. Portions were huge, good value, could have easily fed 3-4 people with 55$ all in (tip and tax included). I can’t speak about some of the saucier or fried dishes (I don’t usually go for those) but my order was outstanding and will def...
