Poke Monster (Masson) — Restaurant in Montreal

Came here for the free bowl event for the first 100 people. Food was absolutely worth the wait!! Rice was perfectly warm, the salmon was tasty, and we got a free roll for a picture with the mascot (adorable!).

The staff were super enthusiastic and helpful, even with the sheer amount of people in line. I personally would've felt tired after talking to so many people, but they were so chill.

I came with three of my friends after our work out from the gym nearby and we were happy to see that they had plenty of tables to accomodate large groups.

The food was amazing, the workers were very nice and the service was fast. I recommend The Gangster and pair it with the Passionfruit Bubble Tea with Lychee pearls! They also had this amazing entrée, Crevettes Dynamite that we all enjoyed!

J’ai commandé 2 Poke Monster sur Uber Eats. Sur l’application, il n’y avait pas de section pour mettre une note ou un commentaire, donc j’ai appelé directement le restaurant pour préciser que je voulais la sauce sésame et surtout pas la sauce épicée, car je suis malade et je ne peux pas en consommer et j'ai bien précisé ce point.

Le garçon au téléphone m’a confirmé que c’était bien noté et que ma commande serait préparée avec la sauce sésame. J’ai insisté pour être sûre, car j’avais déjà eu un problème avec eux auparavant (j’avais reçu 2 bols complètement secs, sans sauce). Il m’a clairement répondu que cette fois-ci ce serait correct et que cela ne se reproduirait pas.

Résultat : 30 minutes plus tard, je reçois ma commande… avec la sauce épicée.

Quand j’ai rappelé pour me plaindre, on m’a répondu qu’ils étaient en « rush » et qu’ils suivaient uniquement les instructions d’Uber Eats. J’ai expliqué à la fille au téléphone que si vraiment ils ne pouvaient pas respecter ma demande, pourquoi m’avoir confirmé l’inverse ? Elle est allée voir son superviseur, mais ils ont refusé de rembourser ou de refaire ma commande correctement. Si vous voulez commander ici : fuyez ! Service à la clientèle : 0. Superviseur : 0.
