So I randomly came in to this restaurant after being disappointed by 3 of their fellow neighbours I saw the flags and I said yes this is what im looking for

As the gentille serveuse gives me and explains to me the menus I see something I don’t usually see in other Mexican inspired restaurants TORTAS I got so excited because no place in Montreal I have been too had tortas on their menus for some reason

I had the fried chicken torta I’m not sure if I was supposed to have frijoles or not I thought I was supposed and I think they may have forgotten it but if I wasn’t supposed then I’m sorry listen it still deserve a 5 star it was DE-LI-CIOUS I’m totally coming back

I came yesterday noon ish w 2 girls it wasn’t crowded at all so I got my food under 10 mins like the serveuse said

Walked out of that restaurant not expecting much of it most latino restaurants in Montreal are pretty basic but after my first bite in the car I couldn’t help myself I smudged my red lipstick all over my fingers and my face 😂😂

I’ve read the other reviews if the restaurant reads this keep up the good work and keep getting better don’t stop what you’re doing perfect it I’m definitely coming back

Oh and it came w 2 sauces very tasty I enjoyed the little salad touch it made me feel less guilty of CHEATING ON MY...

I recently visited Mojito & Margarita and was disappointed with my experience. The churros had an odd fishy taste, which made me suspect they were fried in oil shared with fish dishes. This is concerning, especially since I went with my vegetarian boyfriend. I've been told before that they "recycle" the food that customers don't eat to make new plates 🤢 I didn't want to believe this, but now I surely do.

Additionally, the service left much to be desired. The staff appeared untrained and disorganized, which was exacerbated by the rudeness of a Cuban woman on duty. When we requested an extra plate, she looked us straight in the eyes and ignored us, making it seem like our request was beneath her. Sometime ago, we went and witnessed how she started yelling to a couple that didn't want to pay for a drink they didn't order.

The food was mediocre and not worth the price. For the quality, it felt overpriced. This was particularly disappointing given that I had visited a couple of times before and noticed that the entire staff has changed. Apparently, the previous employees were let go after the restaurant closed for over a month without paying them. Which further tarnished the experience.

Overall, I won't be returning. The combination of poor service, questionable food practices, and unpleasant staff behavior made for a regrettable...

I’m really not sure how this place has a 4.7 star rating???

Ordered 2 jarritos, their salad, the chicken tacos, and fish tacos. First of all the salad was so sad, I was basically eating dry baby spinach leaves. There was also papaya listed on the menu- no papaya in our salad.

Ordered 2 jarritos and they tasted completely off, turns out they were expired!! Called one of the waiters over to address it and asked them if they had other ones that were not expired, he just checked the dates, took the bottles and walked off. No sorry, no be right back, nothing.

Then we waited 35 minutes for 4 little tacos. Taste was fine but definitely not worth the wait.

Our original waitress who took our orders finally made an appearance to pick up our plates and apologized for the wait. I asked her what happened with the drinks? We got no updates on that and no apology. She said “oh we’re not charging them” okay???? Would’ve been nice for someone to come and see us and let us know?????

May i add the restaurant was also half empty so instead of chilling behind the bar counter maybe check up on your tables.

0/10 service and honestly can’t believe you’re still obliged to leave a tip with experiences like these. What a waste of time and money...
