I ate there a couple of times, the food is delicious but the last time I found myself chewing a big piece of plastic while eating the noodles. I thought it was a bone I was chewing but when I took it out I realized it was a big piece of black plastic.

I came back to the counter and they didn’t even apologized, all they offered was another meal. The cashier said “so you found the plastic when you were almost done?”, she thought I wanted to scam them off 17 dollars… I asked for my money back and they said they were not allowed to refund the customers if they don’t speak to the owner. In a last moment of sympathy I left my phone number for them to call me but they never did. Be careful...

Kim Chi has become a regular go-to for me! Being the only Halal Korean spot nearby, I really appreciate having this option — and they do not disappoint. The quality and quantity of the food are both solid, and everything is super flavorful. The service is what you’d expect from a busy food court — quick and efficient — no complaints there. Most importantly, I’m grateful they use Halal meat, which makes it so much easier to enjoy Korean cuisine without worry. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and craving something...

I always go here and I always order your chicken & beef special. I only have one question....Why is your drink HOT? Are you even aware of this???
