My experience wasn't that fun. I only went here because this is the only place to have bubble tea in the mall. However, the service was horrible.
I was interested to try their miso soup one day, and it wasn't fresh at all. The texture, the taste felt like it's been there for days! It was definitely not fresh. So I decided to try something else, I told one of the coworkers that I wanted a "honeydew milk bubble tea." And she said " Milk tea?" I said " Honey Milk bubble tea". She turned her back to talk to her coworker and asked me again for the same thing. When she pulled up a jar, I thought she meant to give me extra sugars. I thought she honestly paid attention to me. She made me "milk bubble tea". And I told her i specifically said "honey MILK bubble tea". And she said " I showed you the jar of milk bubble tea!". I didn't wanted to argue with her. So i just said "sorry" to cut it short. She gave me the most ugliest look ever. She then decided to call someone and started to talk on the phone. She told her coworker to make me "honey milk bubble tea" but then started to complained how she asked me "milk tea and I said yes". A gentleman was behind me and was ordering sushi. She gave him a smile, tissue and told him to have a nice day. The other coworker served me, however he also gave me the most dirtiest look ever. He didn't mentioned me the price nor asked how would I be paying. I just simply held my wallet and he just gave me credit/debit. He didn't even said thank you or anything later. And the other woman just kept talking on the phone.
Horrible experience. This place is only to pick a package of sushi and just leave. Don't bother getting soup, "freshly" made sushi, or anything. They don't take the time to understand you. They're apparently too busy talking on the phone or...
Read moreFresh and tasty sushi, and lovely mix of flavours and ingredients in the poke bowls. Friendly, helpful service. Never imagined that a food court sushi place could offer such quality before I tried this place. Hadn’t thought to write a review sooner, but I’ve been picking up sushi and poke bowls there for the last 3 years or so, and was quite relieved to see they were open (on my first return to the mall since the re-opening after initial Covid-19 shutdowns). The poke bowl was fresh as always and...
