Chicken plus & Presotea — Restaurant in Montreal

Avoid this branch at all cost. My husband and I always like Presotea and we always ordered only the exact same drinks. We have tried so many branches and none of them is bad. This branch is really serving bad quality drinks.

I ordered brown sugar pearl boba latte but the drinks only came with 5-10% brown sugar compared to what other branches offered. I know there is an inflation but please be honest I'm running a business. The drinks I received could only be called pearl boba latte. I felt being cheated. Brown sugar syrup should be one of the main ingredients in this drinks and even other non-presotea bubble tea shops never made drinks like this (I did order this drinks at other shops too).

My husband ordered his usual favorite however the drinks was so so so bad and the ingredients were so pitifully little.

Very disappointing purchase. Our first time order here and definitely our last time too. We ordered the drinks to make ourselves happy however it turned out to be a waste of money.

My son and I stopped by this Presotea while taking a leisurely evening walk around the corner of Rue Saint-Denis and Rue Jean-Talon Est. We’d never visited this particular location before, but we were already familiar with the franchise and had a sense of what to expect. I’m happy to say it lived up to that standard.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, which always makes the experience nicer. The drink we ordered was refreshing, flavorful, and definitely felt like good value for the price. It hit the spot perfectly after a warm walk, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh.

Another highlight was how comfortable the space felt. The air conditioning worked very well, which made it a great place to take a quick break and cool off before heading back out. Really like the cozy vibe at this Presotea location! I go there after work if they're are still open since I work late like almost same closing time as them to grab a boba tea for my husband but sometimes service can be really slow, maybe because they must be busy or something but it happen one time so far that I was waiting 20min before being able to order my drink to have them tell me that they're closed (but I did arrive way before their closing time) was bit saddened 😭😭😭

But beside that, their smoothie & the varieties of bubble tea is good ! Has nice topping choice and I always take for my partner the M1 (mango smoothie), that's his favorite!!
