LA PAAN VILLA (JEAN TALON) — Restaurant in Montreal

Today we called to panVilla half an hour before we arrive there we called and request to make our plates ready for four people four plates of Momo because we were in rush we wanted to eat in the restaurant when we get there it was not ready but the customer service was really bad . The kitchen was so slow we get there they make a mistake with the order they bring us only one plate of Momo after 45 minutes and the girl working at the cash was so rude. She was touching the money in the cash and going in the buck touching the vegetable really unhygienic, I asked them can you do it faster and she was giving me attitude a they were keep talking at the buck so loud and the restaurant was empty but nobody was responsible for the customer service at the front so basically it was a really bad experience going to PanVilla Jean salon we were not happy with the service we’re not happy with the food. We are not happy with the cashier . Hopefully the owner get our message and take a straight action about it because the way usually go there and most of the time we’re going to eat there. I recently visited an Indian restaurant and had a fantastic experience with their food. I ordered the fried rice, Paneer manchurian , pav bhaji and la villa sandwich, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of each dish.

Food was phenomenal! For full vegetarian restaurant DELICIOUS!!...complements to the chefs. Sorry, I have no pictures to show as we went right at the food, and I missed taking pictures. We were concerned about nuts due to nut allergies, and they catered to this need. Cost wise for this type of restaurant the prices are quite high. We pass another restaurant not too far from this one "Dosa Point" and they are much cheaper.

Service... is not so great... The waitresses look lost. The dishes are served on a plate on an Ikea plastic tray. We were 5 people, and they brought us 4 glasses, We ordered appetizers, and it was served in a foil to go container, "4" spoons were given, and there were no plates. The table we were sitting at felt like it was going to topple over, It was so wobbly. The bathrooms... are terrible.
