I had gone to this restaurant several times.and had been treated well by another waitress very friendly. Yesterday jan.2,2024 was my worst experience by specifically 1 waitress (Kuljeet) i had gone there with my baby and my mom. Completely ignored us upon arrival i had to go and request for a seat. Which i clearly asked for a baby seat aswell. The waitress had an attitude of Completely not wanting to serve us. Showed us a seat in the middle and left so i called her back to request for a baby seat she literally turned the baby chair that was used on a table beside us which was not yet cleaned with food and everything and walked away. I called her again asking to have a clean one she literally goes back with an attitude brings a cloth and dusted just the seat itself did not clean the handles or the belt area nothing. With no eye contact so. Having being treated this way as a customer its very uncomfortable to proceed on. Theres no tiredness or whatsoever because in between she gladly greeted another group of people in a proper manner. So this behavior of selected clients is not normal.
When i asked to speak to someone she bluntly said i have to speak with her theres no one to speak to. When i said i needed to make a complaint by the way i was treated she couldn't careless. I literally waited 10 mins and she didnt bother i waited for the other girl to come out and explained the situation to her. Before serving food hygienic is important. She is definitely a bad example.
I would definitely not recommend anyone to go there if ur having any occasions. Because due to her behavior we ended up being upset and leaving on a...

To begin with, waiting time was too long. Due to Covid restrictions, it is completely understandable, but serving people who came later is not acceptable.
With regards to food: Food preparation - low grade Food quality and taste - so unpalatable
We ordered starters, they were still ok, we enjoyed. For the main course, we ordered malai kofta, aloo gobi, lamb jalfrezi, tandoori roti and garlic naan.
I never had malai kofta with such a bad taste in my whole life. It tasted very unhealthy and was cooked badly. Aloo gobi was still manageable. Lamb jalfrezi looked as if lamb, onion and capsicum were just thrown in a gravy and directly served, no taste, no flavour.. nothing. Tandoori roti and naans were good.
This food was not even worth 10 dollars, we paid 75 bucks for a bad looking food… taste doesn’t even stand in the category. We complained while paying our bill, they were bringing up all the excuses, but eventually agreed that their chef for a day was changed. I think if chef is changed for a day or two, you guys still need to maintain a good quality so that your customers return back.
We didn’t even pack the leftovers and our tummies got upset too. So, NEVER visiting this place again and NEVER...
Read moreThe hostess must be new because the place was 70% empty but everyone was seated all in one corner very close to each other. When we asked to sit at another table for more privacy, she said she needed to ask the manager. The manager was sitting at a table far away. Later they sat another couple 20cm right next to us - even though the restaurant was still 70% empty. So if you are looking for a private, romantic dinner, this is not the place. Also we were surprised by the portion size. The main dish was more like an appetizer size. It was like a kids meal - except instead of a whole meal for a kid, it was more like one dish. The last time I saw portions this small was when I was a kid. I’ve been to many Punjab restaurants, but this is the smallest portion I’ve seen. Also when our food arrived, the waitress asked if we wanted plates. We were surprised because what else are we supposed to eat from? Our samosas that came before, we ate without plates. And we had to reach over the table practically knocking our heads so that the food doesn’t fall all over the table. This restaurant is two or three stars max. Don’t believe the reviews that give...
