Booked for the Aznavour show. Singer partially sang 3 Aznavour songs as he didn't know the words then switched to French songs. He had a good voice and was a talented guitarist but that wasn't what we were there for, where did Aznavour go? Owner claims this was a substitute singer since the original one wasn’t available. Upon entering at 6pm, we were met with a foul odour in the restaurant, outdated decor, chairs that were 20 years old with nonexistent padding and tables, some of which were Rubbermaid plastic outdoor tables. Now seriously, if this was in a parc, I would understand but this is a bistro and renovations are needed. No where was it mentioned that it was a fixed table d’hôte menu even though there is an a la carte menu which isn't available. Table d’hôte was $65 which included an entrée, a main course and tea, yes and no dessert which is extra. I had the escargot, which was very good, the lamb shank which was supposed to have been simmered in red wine was dry and flavourless. The tea was exceptional. Show started at 8pm and ended at 9:30pm. We cannot recommend this place enough! It’s a hidden gem of a restaurant ❤️ everything is perfect, from the food to the service to the entertaining musical acts. The owner does great wine paring. We have been there 4 times for different musical acts, and every time the artists are very talented and accommodate the dinner experience to perfection - creating unique vibes. 30 décembre 2022 Nous avions réservé une table pour 2 la veille le 29 decembre pour le 30 décembre à 12h00. C'était notre première fois . Le gérant ou proprio nous a dit :c'est très bon, je vous attend demain, je lui ai dit que je partais de Lavaltrie et ma soeur de Laval. Nous arrivons à la porte et un message est écrit : De retour à 16h30. Tous les autres restos étaient fermé, nous nous sommes retrouvé dans un resto de déjeuner, pas dutout ce que nous recherchions! C'était un dîner de Noël pour moi et ma soeur! Quelle déception ! Ça donne quoi de réserver? J'ai appelé le proprio et il m'explique qu'il a essayé de me rejoindre mais n'avait pas mon no de téléphone ? Pourtant j'ai appelé la veille. Il dit: j'ai appelé tout le monde sauf vous!
