Very, very disappointed with this restaurant and Uber Eats. I ordered the two-for-one special through Uber Eats, added an extra poutine for $4 and fried onions for $1.
When the order arrived, it was wrong — which ruined my night and my dinner. I requested a refund, but Uber Eats only refunded $3.30 out of the $5 I paid for the extras, leaving a $1.70 difference.
It’s not about the $1.70 — it’s about the fact that I didn’t get what I ordered, and they weren’t willing to fully compensate me.
Here are the receipts and pictures of the missing food for reference.

The burger is delicious, but it made me craved for another brand I won't name that's much cheaper and similar in taste and texture. But I remove a star because the bottom bun was soaking wet. Now the biggest disappointment was the poutine. Almost no taste except for the overcooked fries, they were hard and tastes burned. The Sauve is nothing to write home about, it's bland.
Overall, I liked the burger, but it won't fill you up and it's expensive. Still...
Read moreUniburger serves up one of the best smash burgers in town — hands down. That crispy edge on the patty? Unreal. You can actually taste the sear, the beef is super flavorful, and the texture is perfect — juicy inside, caramelized outside. The bun holds everything together without getting soggy, and the toppings are just right: fresh, classic, and never overdone. It’s the kind of burger that hits every craving spot-on. Add some crispy golden fries and a milkshake, and you’ve got a comfort food combo that’s hard to beat. If you love smash burgers, Uniburger is...
