McDonald's — Restaurant in Montreal

This place is the worst McDonald’s I will be in my life every time you go there there are mistakes and arguments with the staff who do not respects and understand offers and rewards. Then you have to speak to a supervisor or a manager to resolve the problem inside after a drive thru or mobile app order. When the manager tells you to go eat and order at the competition such as Harvey’s and AW+ Burger King Wendy’s That is not good for McDonald’s business they hired a trader. 🤪Where for fire this person named Patrick manager of this McDonald’s should also be fired they are bullies. I showed them a coupon that clearly says and mentions breakfast sausage with egg sandwich the manager still deny it. The manager said that I was not showing the right coupon but in front of him with my phone I was trying to correct coupon. I have filed a complaint of...

Horrible experience. Went through drive thru at around 11:20 last night. There were 6 cars in front of me. Finally got to the window to get my order ... at MIDNIGHT. side note: no one showed up at the window for a good 7 to 10 minutes. And when they did... it was 2 young teenagers laughing and pushing each other around. no apologies for the delay even after I told them how long I waited in line. So I pay for my order and drive home. Once I get home half my big Mac is outside the box, the salad on one side, sauce wasn’t even in my burger. The fries were cold, no straw and they gave me root beer instead of coke. I’m not one to complain but the employees at this McD’s are complete degenerates. Its McDonald’s not a science lab. I’m better off going to the one on langelier....

I waited 12 minutes for my order, which was a small fry and a small coffee. The coffee wasn't stirred and the fries were undercooked, cold and stale. This happens 9/10 times at this McDonald's. I only go there so much because it's right next to my school and I don't have time to walk anywhere else. I have worked at several different fast food restaurants and I know how easy the job. The fact that they always have a huge team and every single one of them, including the managers, always look so lost, is just wrong. This is supposed to be a professional establishment, but their staff is undertrained, they serve undercooked or stale food most of the time, and their wait times for a single coffee is ALWAYS between 10-14 minutes. It's mind boggling how badly run this...
