This location tends to mess up your order more often than ever since it has been only drive-thru during this pandemic. Today, the McDonald's app received the coupons, which for some reason this location did not know about. Instead of inquiring more about coupon, the middle management staff, she just assumed the coupon as expired. Again I told her the coupon started today and the date is mentioned to start on May 4th, 2020 and end June 7, 2020. Then, she claimed that they are no responsible for what the official McDonald's app put. I believe the manager came and she said to take the coupon. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin trio, but I end up getting a ham mcmuffin. I guess from now on. I am going to have to take out the sandwich from the bag and check it myself every time I order. Order mess up tend to happy more frequently to me at this location, but today I just got fed up and need mention it so, hopefully this location get serve people better. The store claimed being closed while the official app said until 00:00, so did Google Maps, and all the hours listed on the doors. The store was also open on Skip the Dishes. I asked for either my order to be made or a refund. The manager then called me rude and shut the door in my face saying he’d get another manager to deal with the situation. After 20 minutes, a random worker gave me a napkin with the store phone number and told me to call the next day. I informed them that I lived an hour away from the current location and would not be able to come back to discuss this with their other manager and get my refund. They told me to wait and they would come back. After another 10 minutes all the employees left the building thru the back door without even resolving my issue or telling they were leaving. Read moreWe waited 1 hour and 15 minutes after placing the order only for them to tell us the food was "coming". The food wasn't even ready after all this time and we saw our ticket number sitting on the counter with people who ordered after us getting their orders before us. Then we asked for a refund so we could leave and were told we had to wait again for the manager who we saw was on the floor just bagging orders not even giving them to the clients. Then the manager arrived finally after we had to call him over ourselves and he needed to call someone else because he did not know how to do refunds. Before we could even find where our order was on the screen the numbers were being erased, orders were being erased as soon as they arrived.
