McDonald's — Restaurant in Montreal

So… I don’t think this is gonna be a shocker to anyone. This place is HORRIBLE! First of all, I get there (forgot the time), and they were closed without notice. I was honestly very annoyed as I wanted my delicious McRib®… The other day, I decided to try it again. Give it the benefit of the doubt, you know? So, therefore, I go and it was open. I was happy. I ordered my McRib® and a few other items for friends. They somehow forgot to give me my McRib®? We only ordered 4 items. FOUR ITEMS. That is OUTRAGEOUS. We ordered inside to get a gist of how it was working there. I was on a vacation. The staff is VERY rude and they blamed ME for THEIR mistake. Because, I didn’t tell you guys, but I added some extra pickles, cheese, extra onions and nice bacon in my McRib®. They forgot to add extra of those stuff plus my additional cheese and bacon. They said I should just stop being picky? I mean, I don’t blame them fully. I’d also not be at my best behaviour if I worked there. The atmosphere is just horrendous… Like, even the kids weren’t having fun there. I actually kept hearing this baby cry after trying a fry and another one was throwing a fit because they forgot their toy. Then, they said they ran out of them? Honestly, very sad… Once they did add the stuff I asked for after making fun of me, the food wasn’t even worth it… I love me some good McRib®, so you can tell it was really bad. It was dry, tasteless and chewy. I’d rather eat hospital food. Anyways, overall, I will NEVER go back. I’m sorry if this review is long, but I had to vent this out of my heart… Also, why do you need to pay 10 cents to remove the toy from the Happy Meal®? You’re REMOVING the toy, not adding it… Whatever. Nothing makes sense. Goodbye! McDonald’s...

If you are looking to buy some quick and cheap food on the go, DO NOT go to this McDonald's. We ordered inside the McDonald's, and no other customers were there. The machine couldn't print out our order, and neither the employee at the register. The employee had an attitude that was IRRITATING and ANNOYING, and they told us they couldn't find our order. Eventually, an employee with, clearly more experience, managed to print out our receipt. By the time we get our receipt, we've already waited about 15 to 20 mins to get our food. Most of the employees seem to do absolutely nothing. There was strawberry filling spilled on the floor, and many employees almost fell multiple times, but still, no one would clean it up. Around 25 to 30 mins after we ordered, our food is almost done. The employee makes new fries and serves us our food. The food was HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, and absolutely COLD. The fries were cold, the chicken nuggets were burnt and cold, the 2 bigmacs were filled with bigmac sauce, the meat was cut in pieces in both bigmacs and it was cold. My quarter pounder was extremely cold, and there was no sauce inside... horrible experience, will never go again! The order cost us 55$ for food that we trough in the trash...

It's sad to say. This could of been an easy 5 stars. The lady at the cash was very nice and kind. I ask for 2 burritos with NO cheese IN..She said no probleme however the cooked who looked like a manager or something like that keeps on arguing and said "we cant do it because it comes already with cheese and we won't make new ones..." the little girl disagree and said "It's impossible that we cant we use to do it all the time for allergic purposes" the manager keeps on arguing over and over at one point I was ready to leave even if i paid already. The guy finally decided to do it and I ask the girl to please make sure to look at what his doing..I dont want the cheese to be pull out of a burrito already made I need a new one made with no cheese.. She said ok and was then call in the back. I got my 2 burritos and mc muffin and I checked before o leave and 1 out of 2 had cheese IN...this is unreal. This guy need to be fired and not be hired in any other restaurant. This error could of been fatal. No matter the restaurent always look at ur order before eating it. Thanks to the Spanish lady who cared about...
