McDonald's — Restaurant in Montreal

We went last night to this location around 3 am or so. We went to the drive through and i told the lady up there 3-4 times that we have a coupon that says we can buy two trios for 18.68 plus tax and she kept saying i dont understand. At last somehow she understood what we were saying and then we said McChiken trios because that was what we could get with that coupon. We always go for junior chicken meal so we have never tried this combo before so we have no idea about this one. She then asks us to make crispy or simple so we said crispy. We went ti the counter she asked us to pay 31$. We gave her the money but we were confused as to how it got to 31 ? Surely it cant be 13 dollars or so in taxes? So we asked her did she even scan the coupon and she kept giving very blank look and saying yeah yeah i did. We asked ber to give us the bill. We didn’t see the coupon used anywhere. So we asked her again. She just closed the window. Then some other guy came we explained him the same thing again. He didn’t understand either then we showed him coupon so he said he will check. He checked and all and then said the coupon is invalid because it was for McChicken not crispy. And we were really confused as to why that lady asked us about it in the first place if we already told her we wanted McChicken? And then we were politely asking that guy to please explain what went wrong. And he straight up said, “ do you want me to throw away you order and waste it?” That was very rude. We never asked to throw anything away. We were not arguing. We were just trying to understand where we went wrong or where they went wrong. And then we just got our order and left.

Tbh, we always went to this location everytime but we are not going to go back to this location. Because, the staff were very rude. They seriously need to get trained again or they seriously need some training on English because they didn’t understand us or what we spoke. Worst experience ever!! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to...

Lazy, Unhygienic, and Completely Unprofessional – Worst McDonald’s Experience

I had one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences at this McDonald’s, and I need to share it.

I ordered the MC Pops 6, and instead of giving them in a proper box or even a clean white paper bag like they’re supposed to, the staff member dumped them directly into the main take-out bag. No packaging, no barrier—just loose food thrown into the same bag that touches everything else. Totally unhygienic.

When I politely asked why it wasn’t packed properly, she said, “Only the 12-piece comes in a box.” I told her I order this all the time and that’s simply not true. Instead of listening, she got rude and defensive, saying, “Well, I pack this all the time, so I know.” No apology. No understanding. Just straight-up attitude.

So I calmly asked, “Can I please speak to your manager?” And what did she do? She started yelling and lied to the manager, saying, “She’s asking for a box.” Let’s get this straight: I wasn’t asking for a box—I was asking why my food wasn’t packed properly at all.

Here’s the part that proves everything: the manager came and gave me exactly what I was asking for—either the white paper or the correct box. So clearly, they did have the proper packaging. Which means the staff member was just lazy and didn’t want to do her job properly.

Also, this wasn’t during a rush or a busy time—there were barely any customers. So what’s the excuse? There isn’t one.

By the end of it, I felt disrespected, dismissed, and disgusted. If this is how they treat customers out front, I honestly don’t want to imagine how things are run behind the counter.

This place seriously needs retraining in hygiene, professionalism, and basic customer service. The whole situation could’ve been fixed in 10 seconds if someone just cared to do the right thing.

Worse McDonald's in montreal I have been too so far, other McDonald's got an issue with late order which can be easily solved by using the McDonald's app.

Unlike other McDonald's this McDonald's first of all gives ur food served cold (especially burgers 🍔) plus the managers in there are so rude. I once saw a manager kicking out students for eating "too slow".

Now I don't know about you but me personally if I was kicked for eating too slow,I would no doubt sue them. For starters It not like we had a contract when I ordered, that I should be eating at a fast pace.

Another issue I find is how awful the managers treat the employees, am black and I ain't being racist if I say "that black woman" (manager) is the most toxic one,we all know her lol ,unless you haven't eaten from there.

There is another time I saw ,the manager being rude to an Asian child with his father because the kid was acting like a monkey (I don't know if it was a disease) but the kid seemed to take control and lose control, where he will began scratching and acting like a monkey. What happened?( that what ur asking) well after the order the kid went to sit down and enjoy his meal with his pops only for him to realize they didn't put ketchup in the bag. So the kid went ahead to ask for ketchup only for the manager to lash him as though he was an animal. I felt so bad, I went ahead and asked for the ketchup and gave the kid ,I shouldn't even call him a kid he looked 17 /18 yrs old.
