I've been living in the area for more than 5 years and now about to move out but had enough of this place I basically went there which is the last draw and many incidents before that I arrived at 9:15 they close at 10:00 I asked for popcorn chicken for my kids after a long drive and vacation then I asked for a famous chicken sandwich with bacon the manager who I know has been there for you while due to I personally living in this area said to me there is no bacon or left right now did not give me the option to have a sandwich without a bacon she instead decided to insult me by saying look at your belly you don't need to eat bacon right now I was befuddled could not believe the disrespect after every single time I go there I spend 50 to 60 maybe sometimes $70 due to my whole family eating cuz we are family of four I understand sometimes they do not have what I would like but for you to disrespect me in front of my wife and basically call me overweight is not with us clients and US blue collars I work hard for our money are looking for and I hope this KFC is closed down and those people no longer have a job thank you KFC for giving me another after 5 years and at least 50 to 60 times of going to this same KFC after the sheer disrespect thank you once again for giving me a bad experience for KFC when I myself grown up with KFC and supposed to have nothing but good memories and memories to share through my younger kids it's sad do not go there no matter what time they'll never have exactly what's on the menu and I believe KFC needs to have a digital menu so that way they could cross out certain things that is not available at the moment. I came to this KFC near Metro Côte-Vertu expecting some crispy chicken and maybe a side of regret. What I didn’t expect was to witness a masterclass in customer service delivered by none other than the queen of the cash register herself — Marie.

Now, let me set the scene. At first, there was... drama. My order came out looking like it had been assembled during a chicken tornado. I was ready to raise a mild ruckus (the polite kind, because I’m Canadian), but then—enter Marie.

This woman didn’t just solve the problem — she obliterated it with the precision of a Navy SEAL and the grace of a ballerina dipped in gravy. I watched in awe as she handled the situation like a seasoned diplomat at a poultry-based peace summit. She listened, she empathized, and then she snapped into action like she was defusing a biscuit bomb.

Marie didn’t just fix my order — she fixed my day. Honestly, I left that KFC with my dignity restored, my belly full, and a newfound belief in humanity. Marie deserves a raise, a crown, and maybe even her own chicken-based sitcom.

If you’re ever in the area and need a crispy snack with a side of excellent service, go see Marie. She’s the Beyoncé of biscuits, the Serena Williams of snack satisfaction, and an absolute legend behind that counter.

11/10 would return just to witness...

DON’T COME HERE. After they reopened I came twice. Both times the people working in here were so disrespectful. Both times I placed an order to pick up the first time the cash lady asked if we had an order we said yes she went to check to the back and the lady yelled at us that the order wasn’t ready. I reapplied I understand I was waiting and the lady asked me if I had an order I took it as a misunderstanding even though the tone wasn’t friendly. Second time I go in again and we are just waiting (with the previous experience) another cash lady asked me if we have an order I said yes and she says “why you don’t tell us?” I replied that we were just waiting to ear our order number I gave the name that was in my order at and then the same lady that yelled the last time said the order number The person that I was with said here. There was a older lady in the middle of the course asking for napkins so we couldn’t pass and she yelled again we replied here and the she said “the order is here not there you need to pick it up from here”. If you see my online account with this business I used to ordered a lot not counting the times that I purchased in person. But I would never order from here again the prices are not cheap the service is terrible. Also they yelled to the older lady for Asking too...
