Considering all the positive reviews, we had high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, the experience as a whole (including the food and the service) was mediocre at best.

We were there for the all-you-can-eat BBQ. The staff members were nice and doing their best, but they were definitely overwhelmed and would have needed a few extra people. The tables were sticky and dirty and our drinking glass had old lipstick stains all over it. The restaurant itself was dimly lit, hot and humid.This should have been our first sign to leave, but we stayed.

From the time we were seated, until we received our first order, it took close to an hour. Our grill was not working properly either, so cooking a few small pieces of meat ended up taking 30+ minutes. When we mentioned this to one of the staff members, we were told that the grill was at its optimal temperature. This is impossible since the heat was so low that the grill wasn't even hot enough to cook vegetables. There wasn't any smoke coming off of our grill.

Because of our defective grill, we were only able to order two small rounds of food because our two hours were almost up. Meanwhile, the tables beside us had the time to order four to five rounds (even if they arrived after us).

Not only were we still hungry when we left, but the quality of the food was awful. The beef short ribs were so chewy that it felt as if the meat was all tendons. The pork belly was bland and everything tasted as if it had been left on the counter for ages before being brought to the tables.

At almost 40$ per person, honestly, I feel robbed. If the grill had at least been working properly, maybe I could have gotten over the terrible quality of the food (it is an all-you-can-eat after all). But everything about this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. At this point, we just hope we're not going to get sick from having to eat...

Went there with a group of 10, for my son’s birthday. We were separated on 2 tables, waited 1.5 hrs for the first food to come, some items never arrived even after twoandahalf hours! We had a minor with us that did not get anything he ordered, and after waiting for 2 hours, the group broke up to get him some food from McDonald! Imagine that. The quality of the food was mediocre - no idea what went wrong in that kitchen. Maybe completely understaffed. One of us had a la carte japchea for example - noodles overcooked and mushy, taste somewhat bland. The rest was all you can eat bbq. But there is no all you can eat, when the food doesn’t make it to your table. It’s a sad reality. The place is so noisy, I could not hear my friend diagonal across the table - we had to talk loud to combat the noise. The service girl was running like crazy, trying to keep customers happy to her best ability - cudos to her. She never lost composure. Oh - and the fan on our table did not work either - we were at the far end of the restaurant and got completely smoked when we finally got meat on that bbq.
