Monsieur Ricard — Restaurant in Montreal

We are from Toronto, was in town for the weekend to enjoy the city and a birthday...Friday night we went out to watch a raptors game at a bar couldn't find one until we stumbled upon this bar ......being black walking into a bar,they were having a birthday party didn't know if we were allowed ..Things quickly changed, they opened there arms with love and invited us in..frm the host to the bartenders to the owner all love they included us in their party, shared the food put on the raptors game for us ...The service was thru the roof 1000%, I hav never felt this in my life I am so grateful , To the whole bar and stuff THANK...

This place is hands-down the best bar in Montreal. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the drinks are top-notch, and what really sets it apart is the incredible staff. The employees are super friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home every time. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience. The owner is also fantastic—super involved, down-to-earth, and clearly passionate about what they do. You won't find a better vibe anywhere else in the city....

Music is great, the bartender was nice, professional and bubbly/fun. The beer selection is decent enough, there's both beer and cider on tap, however there's no crisp lager, except maybe Carlsberg. The beer prices are a little extra, but I suppose that goes with the location. It's a sports bar, although the crowd is fun and down to earth. Has a nice ambience, a friendly place to feel relaxed and not pretentious, and watch...
