AVOID this place!

J'ai récemment vécu une rencontre extrêmement désagréable chez O'sushi qui m'a laissé avec un sentiment de manque de respect et de déception. Après avoir exprimé mon mécontentement et déclaré que je ne reviendrais pas, la dame à qui j'ai parlé a répondu de manière incroyablement impolie. Non seulement elle m'a permis d'écrire un commentaire comme je le souhaitais, mais elle m'a également congédié d'une manière irrespectueuse.

Recently had an extremely unpleasant encounter at O'sushi that left me feeling disrespected and disappointed. After expressing my dissatisfaction and stating that I would not be returning, the lady I spoke to responded in an incredibly rude manner. She not only allowed me to write a review as I wished, but she also kicked me out with a disrespectful goodbye.

Customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and it is disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior. As a customer, I expected my concerns to be acknowledged and addressed in a respectful manner. Unfortunately, this was not the case at O'sushi.

I believe it is essential for businesses to value their customers' feedback and handle it with the utmost care. No customer should be subjected to rudeness or disrespect, especially when they are expressing their genuine concerns. Such behavior reflects poorly on the establishment and creates a negative impression.

We really enjoyed the yummy-yummy sushi here! 10/10

Last October for my girlfriend's birthday sushi party, I ordered a 100pieces platter with the dragoneye special sale. We were very pleased with the quality of ingredients and portions given! I set the order the night before to be ready by the morning (her birthday) at 11:00am. I am very pleased to say that my order was complete and early/on-time for my pick-up time (we were on a tight schedule). On my pick-up, I was greeted by two lovely Filipina aunties who politely treated me like one of their sons (as a filipino myself, this felt like home). They even gave me a little gift inside my order because I mentioned it was my girlfriend's bday party. :D

My girlfriend used to worked at a big chain sushi restaurant with relatively high standards, and she said that the O'Sushi was way better quality sushi than in her restaurant. Generous portions, fresh fish/vegetables and good quality sushi rice. The party really enjoyed it and there was hardly any left for leftovers. It was a huge hit!

I have tasted many sushi take-outs around the Lasalle/Lachine/Verdun area. It's hard to find a sushi spot that can give you alot without compromising on quality.

You can't beat this place. And for the price and quality, O'Sushi has our loyalty and outmost respect has customers.

I've been going to O'sushi for more than 7 years now and finally decided to leave them a review - they deserve it! In my opinion, this is one of the best spots for sushi in Montreal for those who want a very tasty roll that will not break the wallet. This place and Soba sushi have taken over my love for the food. Their rice is always fresh and tasty with a hint of sweetness in it and the rolls are well prepared, with good ingredients to spare. The quality has been solid for years now and the staff is very friendly! (Part of the reason why I've been their stable customer for so many years :)) The place itself is relatively small, and clean. The ambiance is a tad bland, but that's not why I come there (I usually go for takeout and gorge myself at home). I come for the sushi experience and I will always suggest to order from the menu!

Tl:Dr- go at least once. It's delicious and cheap for the price!
