Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Montreal

Their customer service is outstanding. I've used their services 3x over the 6 weeks and have always been impressed by their professionalism and by the quality of their food.

The 1st time was for my son's birthday and I purchased 5 party pizzas (best value for money) and these pizzas were all ready on time.

2nd time was as a gift for my daughter's daycare educators. The educators loved the thicker crust of the party pizzas.

The 3rd time is where their service really excelled. We had an end of year party for my son's school and our first 100 slices were eaten immediately. We didn't order enough and there were so many more hungry parents and children, so we called them desperately asking for a 100 more slices. They made us another 100 and even delivered them...

Usually come here pretty often and ALWAYS get the same order, a medium 2 topping pizza for ~8.99$ I believe. They always gave me a dip. This new guy refused to give me one this time because “it doesn’t come with the pizza”. I always ask for the pizza to be lightly done. This is a option on online orders too. The pizza is just taken out a few minutes earlier so the cheese is more soft. I love it this way. But bruh this dude LITERALLY TOOK IT OUT WHEN THE DOUGH WAS STILL BORDERLINE RAW. Had to put it in the oven when I got home but it just made the pizza hard as hell. Very very poor experience. Why would you hire someone that thinks lightly done is monogamous to undercooked...

The worst delivery man ever!!!!! He was rude on two occasions hostile af didn’t even want to walk up stairs told me come down....... what am I tipping you for I might as well go pick it up at the store it’s delivery I expect it at my front door not the lobby! Then had the nerve to yell and say he doesn’t care because his interact machine wasn’t working even though I fully said interact when placing my order then didn’t want to give me my food and walked off I had to call him back because thankfully I found the cash it was a horrible experience on top of it his shenanigans made it past 40mins because he couldn’t ring a buzzer...
