My first time ever giving a review. That how unhappy I was

The pizza is really good. I only eat pizza from here but I won't be for a while after my last experience. The customer service was poor.

I went in the place to order food. The cashier was busy so it seemed, tending to a customer, They communicated in their language, so I had no clue of the importance of the conversation. I stood patiently and waited, ... After a few minutes of no transaction I grew impatient. The cashier noticed the impatience in my face and said "I'm sorry" and continued speaking!!!! After a few minutes the cashier served the customer and then they argued playfully while laughing as they exchanged money.. more minutes pass by while I AM WAITING TO GET SERVED. I don't mind waiting if ppl are doing things but when you are playing with money at the cash while a customer has been patient up to that point..

I left once I realized they really couldn't care less that I'm here to buy pizza and a poutine... I'd have to be...

Have been visiting this place really often recently and get the same careless non caring service , dint get me wrong there is one of them that would deserve 6 stars ! They have to improve the field of consistency as they always seems to be out of pepperoni pizza while the Mexican there's a whole lot more of. Quick hit go with what's popular ! Products it self are absolutely satisfying except when they decide to priorities pennies over customers, I gave been served reheated left overs and knowing what a good pizza taste like because of the many out there it made me throw theirs in...

They should fire the old man that answers the phone or at least not have him on that task as he can't speak basic english and gets frustrated for no reason.
