Razgulyaevo — Restaurant in Montreal

We were visiting from New York, we gathered at Razgulyaevo for a family event! I must say food was absolutely amazing, service was outstanding , great music. The owners/ staff were very attentive and polite. We went back there for brunch on the following day and for dinner the day after and again food was beyond great. Big portions!!! We had 10 people on brunch and dinner everyone absolutely loved the food. It’s very Cozy atmosphere, kids friendly. Our kids are super picky eaters and it was kids approved as well . *Again I highly recommend to visit Razgulyaevo for big occasions and just to grab something to eat. They cater as well for any occasions. Special thanks to Oksana -the chef for cooking such yummy food , The cake that Oksana baked was sooo good ... and Natasha for her hospitality and kindness. Was celebrating my birthday in a company of friends. I made a choice of menu, it was a the banquet. I must admit, the food was really good. We were supposed to have tea or coffee as well, it was included in the price. I saw that other clients were served, I thought we just had to wait. When I politely asked the owner if we could have tea or coffee as well, she started screaming that the restaurant is closing soon (which was not the case) and that I should have asked earlier. I explained that I didn't want to disturb. She responded in a very rude way that it's not her problem, that she is tired, that i am creating troubles, etc . I could not stand her high pitched rude remarks and returned to my table. One of my friends witnessed this conversation. She came up to the owner trying to palliate the situation. I am someone who probably goes to restaurants more than any other average person, due to my job. I literally live in restaurants. This place is by far one of my favorites! The service is fantastic and the food is amazing. The chef will gladly prepare anything you ask, even if it is not on the menu. For special occasions they now have a playroom for kids, which makes a tremendous difference. I was actually able to relax and enjoy my evening, while my 5 year old was playing in the perfectly arranged room, being supervised by a well trained babysitter.
