Terrible customer service and extremely disorganized catering service. I had an event and ordered 20 lunch boxes from their catering service four days in advance and asked for delivery at 11:30 AM and I emphasized delivery should be on time. I even called them the morning of the delivery day and ask them if everything is OK to receive the food at 11:30 and they said yes. At 11:30 I’m still waiting for food and my event started. When I called the store to see why the food is not delivered yet, they told me the driver just left at 11:35!!! Turned out they mixed up the orders and my order was prepared too late. And on top of that, they didn’t even bother to call me to inform me about this delay!!! I I worked with other branches of Premier Moisson before and whenever there was a delay in delivery they would call me in advance to advise me but this branch didn’t communicate anything! My event started and I had hungry people waiting for food. The delivery was 45 min late!!! I was so stressed I called the store a few times to follow up about the food but the manager was so arrogant he didn’t even apologize for the delay and rudely responded back that it is what it is and I have to wait for the delivery guy!!!!! Unacceptable behaviour and customer service specially the manager who was very unprofessional and had no understanding of the importance of the time sensitivity for catering orders. I’ll never use their catering service again and don’t recommend it at all. Save yourself some time and nerves and frustration and use catering service from other places who are way more...
Read moreNot sure you want to have this old French fanatic man as a server in your store who is extremely rude to English speaking customers. The first few times, he acted like he did not understand me. He understood but he did it on purpose. (I buy my bread and pastries there every week and all the other employees are very nice.) Today I went to get my pastries and I tried my best with my poor French. He understood me but ask me to repeat rudely because he didn’t like my poor pronunciation as if he needs to fix me. And suddenly a French speaking lady interrupted my order. He lifted his finger in front of me like you would do to your young children to make them stop speaking. VERY RUDE. I felt like I was rejected because I was begging for free food or something. Afterwards, he tossed me to another employee. He is not meant to be in service with such attitude. Especially not in the store where a lot of tourists come by. One can encourage someone to speak French but not like this. What he does is just insulting customers in one of the most touristic areas in Montreal. What a great impression of Montreal he...
Read moreI had the worst experience here due to an extremely rude employee with dark hair and glasses. As soon as I started ordering, she kept cutting me off saying things like, "I can't understand you," and "I can't hear you" when I spoke in English.
This would have been fine, but then she dropped one of the breads I ordered on the floor, then put it back in my bag. When I asked her if she dropped it on the floor, her response was, "it's fine, it's protected by paper (the sides of the croissant were completely exposed and had dropped on the floor).
Extremely upset, I just decided to pay for my purchase and leave, but my partner went back to explain the situation to another employee. Thankfully, she was understanding and replaced it with a new one, but the other employee started picking up the dirty croissant from the garbage can and complaining rapidly in French.
Overall, this experience made me never want to come back to this establishment again. It was unacceptable to sell a contaminated product and behave in such an unprofessional manner. The only redeeming factor was the action taken by the...
