I am very disappointed - I used to LOVE this place. All of them were so good & generous.

This Boustan on 666 Sherbrooke (I should have KNOWN) scammed me with the portions on the bowls and they also didn’t include potatoes, instead they gave me grainy undercooked brown rice. It was disgusting. No Pita Bread either just two half-filled bowls with barely any chicken and filled to the brim with undercooked rice! There was literally 5 measly pieces of stale chicken thinly draped to hide the NOTHINGNESS (undercooked rice) that they filled the bowl with. They are clearly SCAMMING - avoid this one. What an absolute disapointment!! We were so excited for a Boustan to open up here in pointe aux trembles but after our first take out NEVER again!! Compared to several other locations, this one is way cheap on the sauce and the extras, meet has no flavor, everything lacks freshness and omg the worst was the taboule!!! It tasted like wet grass that was sitting out for a week!! No lemon, the tomatoes were grainy, we took one bite and literally spit it out!! What a waste of money! Sorry but out of the 3 middle eastern joints here, basha, boustan and Amir, Amir wins it all with its flavors, service and freshness! I am never stepping foot in this...

I always got good service ordering from them until yesterday. They never wanted to give the Uber eat order to my husband. They keep saying it was just the people working for uber delivery that could pickup the order. Worst experience ever for pickup an order. I was charged and never able to receive the food. Not able to change the setting in app for delivery or contact the restaurant about this issue, i had to cancel my order. Waste of food, money and Time. Thanks again for this bad experience, i needed a push to keep me away from this app and ordering...
