Restaurant Scores — Restaurant in Montreal

I had gone for lunch with my family. We have been to this location before, and if I were to have rated it in the past, it would probably be higher. However, today our experience was good (3.5*)

The server we had was very friendly - he was attentive and pleasant :)

The food, however, was not the best this time around. I had a lemonade which was good. I also ordered a rib burger and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were on point. And although the rib burger was tasty, there were three little cartilage/bones. I nonetheless finished it and enjoyed its taste.

My uncle got a wrap with a mac and cheese - he enjoyed the food, but noticed the mac and cheese was very watery/not creamy. The server comped the mac and cheese.

My parents and grand father all enjoyed their food, without complaint.

To finish off the meal, we shared two orders of churros. However, these were very disappointing. I am married to a Latino, and have tried the authentic version. The authentic ones are crispy, sugary and have a special consistency. However, the ones at Scores are soft and spongy like a Timbit (at Tim Hortons), yet drier. We did not mind that they were round balls, but the consistency and taste were all wrong. We hope that Scores takes the feedback constructively in order to improve them.

Good food and friendly staff but SUUUUUUUUPPPPERRRR SLLLLOOOOOWWWWW service and delivery. I work near by, 650 meters, that's 3 minutes by car or 8 minutes by foot, according to google maps. For my lunch break I order online, and EACH AND EVERY TIME I have to wait for it 15-20 minutes (out of my lunch time) outside although I place the order 15-20 minutes before. Today, the order was placed at 18:15, 30 minutes before the lunch, and I received it at 19:06. That's 51 minutes from a resto 3 minutes away. Seriously, how long does it take to make a chicken burger? Yesterday I placed the order for takeout (not delivery) 20 minutes ahead and when I got there to pick up my lunch I had to wait another 15 minutes for it. I'm seriously considering to order my...

I love eating there but today, I was looking forward to eating the Ceasar chicken wrap. Unfortunately, there was not much chicken (I stole a piece of my husband's chicken breast to add to my wrap ... ) but a TON of lettuce, NO sauce , NO bacon. thank god I took the salad bar and had the fries because this wrap was tasteless. The server was very nice an polite about the situation and seemed to really appreciate that I mentioned and that in fact, I was not the first person that made that comment. So please Scores PAT: make sure whomever makes these follows the recipe and does not just fill it up with tasteless bland romaine lettuce. Thank you .... i have hope that if I try it again next time I go, I will not be disappointed like...
