This morning I have decided to try a breakfast place not owned by those big franchisee and this place definitely gave its best.

Let's be honest, all breakfast restaurants serve the same 2 eggs bacon sausage ham and it's really simple to rate; burn something and it's over, right?

Let's start with service, aged lady waitress, very nice and with a beautiful smile, took care of my stay. Very attentional and knows her stuff. 5 stars, not more to say.

She suggested I try their pancake, home-made and a delicacy. So I took the advice. Great recommendation! A thin pancake, crust to the perfection, crispy throughout the whole meal, not too sweet, doesn't feel heavy, just right.

Absolutely delicious!!! The submarine was amazing and the pizza was perfection! The pizza was perfectly cooked, thin, flavourful and simply one of the best! The French fries were sweet, perfectly fried and SO good!! The service over the phone was courteous, pleasant and efficient! The owner is really friendly and customer oriented - he actually acknowledged the first time we ordered and thanked us for doing so! He also remembers previous orders including remembering our address! Now that’s customer service! Even the delivery driver thanks us when he delivers and is always professional, polite with an amazing positive attitude! Ordered in from my hotel on my one night in Montreal as i arrived late due to delayed flights from Europe on my way home to Mexico. The order came one and a half hours late. Upon delivery, after it was handed to me, the first thing i was asked was "whats my tip" by the driver. As it took an hour and a half to arrive, and no contact during that time to let me know of this, i told him, no tip this time. The order was cold, overcooked and unseasoned. Order should have been $48CAN$ but was charged $67CAN$. The hotel still can't figure out why.... I'm $19 out. Not a bad business model if they do this on a regular basis.......
