THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE CUSTOMER BATHROOM- THAT WAS ALSO BEING USED BY FOOD PREP EMPLOYEES. Dispenser was empty for the whole time I was there - replaced by an old bottle of hand sanitizer next to the sink. Hardly acceptable for customers - even less acceptable for restaurant employees that are in charge of handling food. Anticuchos were burned, hard, leathery, and underseasoned. Mais corn was flavourless, practically inedible. Chicken and fries were fine but the bad experience overshadowed everything that ws passable. It was a heavy price tag for such a bad time. This used to be a good restaurant a few years back. Because of COVID now we mostly order to pick up , but feel like the quality of the food deteriorated. The chicken sometimes tastes dry like it's from the day before and the last 2 TIMES i ordered for a pick up , when i came home and open d up my order all hungry, the sauces ( the white sauce only ) was expired because it smelled like old dirty socks. Food is ok, not as the original peruvian pollo a la brasa but good to try. Price could be better.. I was expecting a better value.

However, my experience with service was TERRIBLE. When I left the tip (paid with credit card), the waitress came to me complaining it was insufficient! I never had such a experience and wouldn't recommend this restaurant because of it.
