Restaurant Sady's — Restaurant in Montreal

Both cooks are EXTREMELY RUDE!! I live 2 min away from this restaurant and have been going there at least once every week. I always ordered a 12" (medium) vegetarian pizza, and picked it up after 25 min. Tonight they made a mistake and gave me a smaller pizza, so I went back and told the waitress very respectfully that the pizza is 10.5" exactly. Both cooks ran to the cash and started shouting at me: "you don't know nothing!" I said calm down... I am here to tell you I'm your neighbor, you made a mistake, but I'm taking it. One of the cooks started pulling the box off my hand while the other one said don't come back here, go f.... yourself. This happened 20 minutes ago and I'm still shocked........... it's simply...

The place was recently renovated, so we decided to try it again, after not going for a few years. It looks newer and brighter, but not at all clean, and the ceiling has a big hole from water damage. There was no music either. It felt kind of depressing to be there... We went for breakfast, and I was sad to see they no longer make their spicy breakfast potatoes, and are now using store bought frozen potatoes. My breakfast clearly had store bought shredded cheese that was dry and not even melted. My partner liked the vegetarian omelette, though. The coffee was good. Not sure...

I have been ordering from this place for more than 15 years, a loyal customer and now i am skeptical about this place as the quality goes down and down.....The last 3 pizzas were total chaos, i literally got a pizza with no sauce in it. Sady's please fix...
