Just fantastic. This is the highest quality and most authentic Algerian cuisine in Montreal! You will feel transported to the Maghreb..
Every item on their menu is delicious, generous portions, and prepared with care and consistency. The chicken and lamb are so tender and fall right off the bone. The bourek is so scrumptious...Everything is served in beautiful clay ceramics, each item has a special bowl like couscous, reshta, stews, tajines, etc. They have an extensive menu of authentic foods from Kabylia and Algeria as a whole.
My favorites were the lamb couscous, tajine zitoun with chicken, M'thawem (must try!). I also enjoyed the Aghroum aquran (Kabylian bread) which was toasted and served with a delicious eggplant spread.
The owner is extremely kind and welcoming. I come here every time I'm in Montreal. 5-stars and highly...

The staff is very polite but they should step up to take the experience to a high level.
The decor is amazing where the booths and traditional sofas are on the left. It reminds me of the good old days when we used to visit our grandmas. Not a big fan of the tables on the right.... And they should work on the lightings. The right side looks dark.
I tried to be as much constructive as I could but, Overall, amazing place...
