Having desserts at Rockaberry is a unique and flavorful experience. I've gone down the entire list of desserts in my lifetime and in my opinion, the Oreo Cheesecake as well as the Apple Crumble Cheesecake are two of the greatest desserts of any restaurant. However, the prices are relatively high for desserts. The service was somewhat friendly and efficient. The electrical outlet situation is not optimal whatsoever and there is not much room for dining in, so I would not recommend this place for a café-like study session. I would also go on less busy days/times if you intend to dine-in. The parking situation is fairly tight, so I would recommend carpooling when going with a group. I would go back more frequently if the dining-in experience is improved in the future, however I would not visit as frequently considering it may be for pickup only.

A Sweet Slice of Heaven at Rockaberry! Beyond pies, their coffee and tea selections are thoughtfully curated, making it the perfect spot for a cozy afternoon break. The ambiance is relaxed and friendly, ideal for both catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment alone. Rockaberry doesn't just serve food; they create an experience. Their commitment to quality, combined with their warm hospitality, makes it a must-visit for anyone who appreciates the finer things in life. I left with a full stomach and a happy heart, already planning my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delightful treat!

You can't go wrong with a Rockaberry pie, the pieces are huge and packed with great flavour! PSA: They have changed locations now to a smaller local just down the street, in a little plaza. I've taken a screenshot of the street view, so hopefully that helps you. It can be difficult to find through Google Maps, but it is there, I've been. They still have their great pies, and the space is cute and cozy. They have pared down to just serving desserts and drinks instead of any savoury options, but honestly, after having a slice of pie, you won't be hungry.

Was greeted with a dashing host, later saw we had interrupted his lunch break. (But it didn't show, he was only too happy to seat us) I asked our waitress about the apple crumb pie and blueberry crumb pie. I ask if it was ok that I was asking questions about the two pies. As it was clear I was keeping her from something. I decided on the blueberry pie and coffee, ice cream scoop on the side. We were severed very fast. (There were only 2 other tables to tend to) the coffee from the carafe was stale, you know the colour of the milk stayed dark and didn't turn that nice golden richness. Then I tasted the pie. It was heated up which sounded delightful, however it just made the pastry gooie and uncooked. The blueberry filling was from a can:( Now anyone who knows the difference here will understand. Complete fail. I looked over for our waitress- it was now clear we kept her from her utmost important texting. I let my 3 year old daughter finish her icecream, I got up to pay the bill and left. Very disappointed. (This pic is how I left my pie, uneaten) Too bad our host didn't serve us. I think our whole experience would of been different. Came from...

Called on a Sunday afternoon about reserving an Apple Crumple Pie. The person who answered the phone told me not to worry we have a lot of Pies no need to reserve. I told him not a problem will be there in half hour. As i get there i see 3 clients waking out with pies in large boxes, first thought that goes through my mind is one of those pies are mine. I get to the counter and ask for my Pie, he tells me that they are all sold out of Apple Crumble Pie. I reminded him that i called him half hour ago for the pie and he told me that they had a rush and sold out. Wow POOR management and LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never buy a pie at Rockaberry again. Crappy service, they didn't care about me or what i wanted. STAY AWAY FROM PLACES LIKE THIS.

Really you don't do same day reservation, then i must of been lucky in the past to get your pies. i would call an hour before and you would reserve the pie for me, did it all the time. Stop lying and just admit your worker screwed up and that's it. Train your people when it comes to customer service. Then maybe you will be getting ...
