Basha Langelier — Restaurant in Montreal

Never order from this place. I put in an order today through Uber Eats. What came to my home was a disgusting mess. I called the restaurant and they said they’re not responsible for how the food arrives. Whether it was mis-packed and already a mess at the restaurant or whether the Uber driver did it I don’t know. Either way, Basha is responsible for how it arrives because they contracted out with Uber Eats. However the person I called refused to accommodate me and I had to throw all of my food out. This is horrible restaurant customer service practises and I recommend you never order from this place again. You can be sure I will tell everybody how my food arrived as well as how the person I spoke to on the phone refused to accommodate me and hung up...

Very good food, but I was really disappointed by their service. I ordered food to take out and I waited 25 min, because in the meantime she served all the delivery orders made on the phone after my order. I know that, because I was there. Worst basha I've ever had in my life. I ordered a 5 person family combo off uber eats. It was absolutely disgusting. Everything was cold, soggy and tasted off like if nothing was fresh. Potatoes were extremely dry and garlic sauce was more like mayo. Also the trio came with 5 pitas, salade, Potatoes, rice and drinks. We only got the pitas Potatoes and the drinks.
