The only reason I have decided to give two stars instead of one is because their $5 beer special is a reasonable price; however, I have been to this establishment twice in the past two weeks and I can honestly say the service is probably some of the worst I have experienced. I come from a background of customer service, so I can forgive that there are often understaffing issues and things of that nature, but the other member of my group and I were both genuinely confused because there were very few patrons in the bar both times, more specifically the second time, and perhaps now I can see why.

The first time we went in, there appeared to be a server and a busser/server (we weren't sure what his role was, he walked around looking pretty lost most of the time). We had to move from a table, right in front of the bar, to the bar itself where we were finally served. After the initial wait, the server did a decent job serving us but I still don't think it's acceptable to go outside and smoke when patrons in the bar are waiting. I wasn't very happy with the nachos, but I guess that comes down to personal preference.

Last time we came in there were three people working: the aforementioned two, and another woman. I didn't find any of the three particularly friendly. One of them walked around, again, seemingly unsure of what to do. One looked completely confused and didn't even acknowledge us, and the other left me sitting with an empty drink for quite some time. None of them were personable, none of them provided good service, and there were about 10 people total in the entire restaurant. To me, that's enough for one server to handle comfortably, but it didn't seem the three of them were able to do it even as a team. The food I got was again sub par, but I can forgive mediocre food- It's the service that will keep me from going back there.

I gave it a second chance because I thought perhaps the waitress was having a bad day or a system might have been down, but I was met with the same confusion and frigidity the second time in a town when most bartenders have made me feel very at home. I wholeheartedly understand the bad reviews and why the place is empty when the street is full of people. Management, you have a cool spot with potential. My biggest recommendation is to train the staff better or hire staff that actually values...

I went there for the World Cup finale last Sunday and you would think a sports bar would be prepared but you'd be wrong. I called in advance to reserve a table but was told they dont take reservations for soccer games and was advised to arrive early cause it would be packed. It made sense so I made plans to arrive 1 hour and a half before the game started. The security guard at the door was unnecessarily rude, my friend arrived after me so she told him she had friends inside in a table and he yelled at her because if she had a table inside already she was supposed to go in through another door (even though there were no signs indicating so). We got there at 9:30 and were given a 'special world cup breakfast menu', tried to order food at 9:40 only to be told that was no more food. The waiter didn't offer an explanation, didn't offer us something to drink, not even a glass of water. He just said 'c'est fini' and walked away. We asked a few other waiters who seemed confused and told us that we could still order food, and they were still taking orders. We see people sitting in other sections of the bar ordering and getting their food, we then tried to get our waiter's attention with no luck. I asked to talk to the manager who explained to me that there were too many orders, the kitchen was backlogged but we would be able to order food in 20 minutes. So we decided to order beers and wait till we could order breakfast. We finally managed to flag down the waiter at around 11:30, and when asked if we could order food now were told in a harsh tone that no, there was still no food. At this point we had been there for 2 hours and were hungry so we gave up and went to eat somewhere else. Won't...

Really bad service and a very bad time. We went here to watch college football but the manager would not change the TV's to accommodate us. To be fair, there were multiple games going on, hockey, basketball and football. The football game we wanted to watch started a bit later so we were fine watching something else to fill the time. By the time our football game got underway, the hockey game and basketball game finished. The football game we wanted to watch was only on 2 TV's that were not in good view of our table of 10. Most of us had to strain our neck to be able to watch. We asked our server multiple times to see if we could get 1 or 2 TV's in our area to show the football game. The server kept telling us that the manager had the power to change it and he was nowhere to be seen. After a while we asked to see the manager to express our desire to watch the game in a more enjoyable manner but the manager called us disrespectful because we asked multiple times (fyi we asked politely). All we wanted to do was drink beer, eat wings and watch the NCAA football semifinals. On top of all this, our server was nowhere to be seen. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a refill of our pitcher of beer and over 30 minutes to take our order of food. We had to flag our server down every time we wanted something. Other tables she served got their empty water glasses refilled but the server seemed to skip our table. All in all, we had very bad service and we will never come here again. I encourage others to...
