Subway — Restaurant in Montreal

This is the most unprofessional and unfair subway I’ve ever visited. The new owner or manager works super slowly and always tries to get into arguments with his clients when he is in the wrong. Ever since I’ve been there he has been rude and passive aggressive with me and other clients. I just paid for a rice bowl with x2 meat online 30 minutes before showing up. He only started making it when I arrived and gave me 1 portion of meat and refused to respect the ingredients I ordered.. it would be fine if he wasn’t arguing and yelling at me like bro I have all the proof in my order details.. he always treated me badly what is it racism? The other staff member doesn’t even speak English or French and uses google translation to communicate with clients. The worst subway I’ve ever been to by far and I was born in Canada eating subway lol. So sad. I’d give 0 stars if I could really. All the other subways are...

I tried calling to tell you directly, but you guys don't answer the phone.

So I took your word, sir. You said it would be fresh, and it was not as I suspected.

Two of the meatballs were very hard, not good at all. The other ones were a little softer but not as soft/moist as any other Subway that actually leaves the meatballs into the pot with the sauce, making this the worst Subway I had in years.

If you go in there, be prepared for the service to be as slow as it can be and that your sandwitch will have as few veggies as possible. I have littery never seen this.

I wish I could post a video with the sound the meatballs make when I tap on it because it's so hard.

While I was there, there was a kid behind the counter with long hair and no hairnet making a sandwitch...

So this was by far the worst experience I have had at subways. It just happened. I don’t know if this immagrant lady is new working there or she’s just stupid. I got a Greek wrap and it was cold cause she didn’t even turn on the panini press she just put the sandwich in there and hoped for the best. She barely put anything in my sandwich, for example. I asked for black olives in my sandwich. She put TWO black olives and that was it.

I don’t think I’m ever going back to this...
