Subway — Restaurant in Montreal

If I could give this restaurant less than one star I would. I ordered off of Just eat on Saturday June 2nd at around 8pm. In my order I asked for extra sauce on my sandwiches. When my order was delivered I saw a note written on orange tape reading “too much sauce is not good for your health try not to choke on it”

I’m completely disgusted with this note and to top it off when I called the restaurant moments after reading the note, the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and defensive after admitting he was the only one working there that night and that he wrote the note himself. He continued to insult and say things like “maybe you won’t ask for more sauce next time” and “it’s really disgusting to ask for that much sauce I’m just trying to help you”. He refused to give me his name nor did he apologize. I plan on speaking to his superiors tomorrow even though as he put it “they don’t care about you customers”, I will make sure there are consequences for his actions and extream lack of professionalism.

Never ordering...

Extremely rude and confrontational delivery individual who shows up with no change on them after an hour of waiting and gives me the option of either giving him a large tip or call the restaurant to ask for a driver with change and wait another hour for my already cold food.

On top of that they forget part of my order then don't answer the phone for an hour until finally calling me back and accusing me of lying about it and said they would call their boss to find a resolution but never call back and then stop answering both me and just eat for 24...

I usually never leave reviews because inconveniences like missing ingredients or any order mistakes can be fixed on the spot {or otherwise later), but this is a first to me.

Not sure what went on there with the brocoli soup, it wasn't creamy at all. Asked if something went wrong and was told it was normal. I just threw it in the trash. Sub was on par with how it's supposed to taste like in a subway, though it felt like they were very sparse with meat compared to other Subways.
