Pizza Tifosi Outremont probably gave me the best service I have ever received; order now.

Picture the nightmare situation of ordering a late-night meal through UberEats, on the verge of the restaurant closing. Imagine then finding only the partiality of your order at your door step. To make matters worst, you call the delivery guy only to be told that it wasn't his fault and that he couldn't do a thing about it, in a very dismissive and suspicious way. This was my situation yesterday and the guys from Pizza Tifosi did everything right.

They quickly took accountability for the mistake, even if most likely it was the delivery guy from Uber. How do I know this? I can tell the restaurant is amazingly diligent and attentive to detail since they went as far as to include a christmas greeting card with the order. So a whole large pizza missing on a two-meal order would be incredibly rare to happen. Without charging any extra fees, they personally delivered the pie right to my front door. I was greeted after only 10 short minutes of waiting for it by a kind delivery guy with the outmost apologetic attitude. The service alone should encourage you to buy from them, but the food? Oh lord was the food amazing.

Incredibly flavourful, freshly made, and affordable. The quantity per portion is outstanding, even for the hungriest of appetites. I absolutely recommend the Makloub trio, go with two proteins of your choice and as many greens to diversify texture and flavours. The pizza was just as amazing, with the right sauce- to-toppings ratio and a thin crust that was perfectly baked.

On Tuesday 21st of May 2024 at 10 :57 pm, I made an order (B1777) 1 x Pizza Parigi 10 ‘’, 1 x Parmesan (+1,50) at Pizza Tifosi Outremont through the platform Uber Eats. However, when I received the order, I then opened up the lid back home and realized they had sent me the wrong pizza which was covered in shrimps, feta cheese, kalamatas and basil (I have a life threating allergy to shrimps). At 00:26, I called Tifosi’s restaurant, and I explained what had happened. They told me the Uber Eats delivery person had most likely confused my pizza with someone else’s and give it up to them instead of me. Therefore, they told me to take it up with Uber Eats which is utterly absurd because my name was written on top of the pizza box when delivered and with the correct receipt inside of it detailing precisely what I had initially ordered yet I received a totally different pizza. Unless the Uber Eats driver switched my pizza for someone else’s with their bare hands , I highly doubt they could of made that kind of mistake. At last, the issue is not receiving the wrong pizza by Tifosi’s, it is the blatant lack of transparency, the spontaneous matter of blaming others for their small yet obvious mistake and the fact that they will not take responsibility for it. UN CAUCHEMAR, déjà, j'y suis allée avec mes amies, nous avons commandé une petite salade bocconcini/tomate ainsi qu'une petite poutine la québécoise. À 12,71+tx, je m'attendais à une poutine excellente. Après avoir attendu 40 minutes, (pour une poutine composé de frites congelés, donc environ 1 à 2 minutes de cuisson), je l'ai finalement reçue. Très petite quantité pour le prix et temps d'attente extrêmement long. De plus, aucun professionnalisme de la part des caissières.

Cette semaine, nous avons décidé de laisser une deuxième chance puisque nous avions entendu parlé des baguettes farcies. Une fois de plus nous avons été déçues. Après le prix, l'attente (encore une fois) de 40 minutes, le cuisinier qui mange en cuisine, pas de filet pour la barbe, deux caissières extrêmement mélangées, (elles m'ont donné la commande d'une autre personne, pour ensuite s'en rendre compte), pour finalement m'annoncé que les cuisiniers avaient brûlé ma commande... et qu'ils avaient ajouté du bacon pour palier l'erreur (sans me demander mon avis). Bref, j'accepte parce que ça fait déjà 40 minutes que j'attends et mon heure de diner finit dans 20 minutes. Finalement, je reçois ma commande, j'avais commandé du poulet ÉPICÉ et je n'ai jamais mangé quelque chose d'aussi fade!!! La baguette était très mouillée, en croquant dans les champignons, j'avais l'impression de boire un verre d'eau.
