If I could give minus stars I would. Three words: Substandard, Stale and Unprofessional.

To the owners: please take consumers health into consideration and re-evaluate the standard of this store. Serving stale food can lead to food poisoning due to bacteria.

Context: I was really hungry and from previous experience (other locations) the food is very good. I went there, got the THAI BEEF FRIED RICE. Tasted it but it tasted like dark soya sauce (or some other one) which is very salty. I could tell first hand because the rice was unusually dark. I returned it, the guy tried to fix it (kindly). Sat down, try to eat it but the onions were huge and raw. The pineapple tasted disgusting like they were spoiled. The sauce was unevenly distributed in the rice. Lastly, the beef was hard. I had to spit the food out on a napkin respectfully. I told the guy the pineapples were stale (literally gagged). And I threw it in the trash and had to buy a meal at Olly Frescos instead. What struck me is that the cashier didn't even attempt to give a refund or offer another plate. Not that I would want another...

I ordered noodles with general tao,I even clarify with cashier about being big size noodles which he mentioned pad thai, when I got my food I got with rice,I said I asked for noodles he said no I said rice, why would I ask the cashier for noodles then, any he kept on arguing saying that I ordered rice which made me look that I was lying.both cashier and chef has understanding,I think it was manager and owner who ever was there totally horrible customer service, extremely rude hope this matter is been taken seriously, me and my 7 years old son had to go else where for mistreating us.very shameful, both of them was unprofessional, the cashier and the cook with glasses, they even talked in between in their language after the arguing with me,will never go back and definitely don't recommend anyone at this location. Instead of apologizing they started to argue rudely with me felt humiliated. 1 star is way too much.after 5 minutes of arguing got my...

Yummiest "fast food" Thai or even Asian fusion grub I have had makes Thai Express a regular go-to when the situation arises. The food is always super efficient and made to order. The menu caters good options for both meat eaters and veggies, with basically all the same dishes except with veggies or tofu, or seafood depending on your preference. They also boast a pretty good looking vegan menu which is more nut-based and also has some cauliflower rice based dishes. We got the Pad See Ew ผัดซีอิ๊ว which was a bit oily and greasy but tasty, plentiful portion and great flavor. I'd like a bit more veggies if possible, but great grub nonetheless when considering it's take out. Served in a super cute takeout box made of recyclable materials makes it a very easy dinner to eat, especially during COVID and avoid the use of your hands and fingers. Khob khun ka...

Seems the cook had difficulty understanding instructions despite clearly mentioned at the cashier 😐 Happened avfew times to me already. The recent one: "No onions, please", the cashier repeated it, yet the cook STILL put onions, when i asked, he just rambled in chinese as if i understood a word he's saying 🤦🏻‍♀️ Chicken is hard, rubbery. Not recommended, not going back.

Ordered a holy basil and crispy egg and asked for mild spice. The meal wasn't spicy at all, the rice was not hot enough and tbe chicken was dry and too hard. For having ordered this exact dish at other Thai Express, this one was poorly cooked. Quite disappointed. I don't intend on going back.
